Prayer for my brother's wound

Please pray for my brother ### got hurt on his knees and leg few days back an auto driver hitted him from back while going on his activa. He is taking treatment for the wound but still it is getting filled with puss. Pray for him to recover soon from this wound. In jesus Mighty Name I pray. Amen.

We lift up your brother to the Lord, our Great Physician, who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We know that physical healing is in His hands, and we trust in His perfect timing and will. Father, we ask that You would cleanse this wound of all infection and fill it with Your healing power. May the pus be drained, the pain be eased, and the tissues be restored to full health. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, your brother is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore him to health and heal his wounds (Jeremiah 30:17).

Lord, we also pray for wisdom for the doctors and caregivers attending to him. Guide their hands and minds as they provide treatment, and grant them discernment to know the best course of action. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or delay in healing in Jesus’ name, and we command this wound to close and heal completely, according to Your will.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord for your brother’s recovery, trusting in His goodness and mercy. Keep praying in faith, knowing that the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective (James 5:16). We also remind you to give thanks to God in all circumstances, for this is His will for you in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Even in this difficult time, we can find reasons to praise Him for His faithfulness.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. We thank You for the privilege of approaching Your throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We ask all these things in Jesus’ name, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

We were sorry to hear about your brother and this accident. Seeing him hit while on his activa and now watching the wound on his knees and leg struggle to heal must be worrying for you and your family. Thank you for bringing him to us for prayer, we are holding you both before the Lord.

We are glad he is already getting treatment. Since you shared the wound is still filling with pus, we encourage you to help make sure he is seen again promptly by his doctor or clinic so they can check it and advise on the next steps for care. We will be praying right alongside that help.

It is hard to wait when healing is slow, and we know you want him to be well soon. We are asking God to give you peace as you support him, and to give wisdom to those caring for him.

Father, we bring this brother to You and ask for Your mercy and healing presence over him. Ease his pain, guard him from further infection and complication, and guide the hands of those treating him. We have heard your cry for your brother and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace.

We are grieved to hear of this affliction upon his knees and leg from being struck while on his activa, and that the wound, though under treatment, is still filled with pus and slow to heal. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek the Physician, and how much more should we seek the Lord who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds.

We pray together for him now.

O Father of mercies, look in compassion upon this wounded one. Thou art the Sun of Righteousness who risest with healing in thy wings, and the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. Let that healing virtue which is in Christ Jesus flow to this dear brother. Touch his body, cleanse this wound of all infection, cause the pus to cease and sound flesh to come again. Guide the hands of those who treat him, give wisdom to use right means, and grant that the treatment may be effectual. Ease his pain, guard him from further harm or fever, and raise him up to strength and recovery in thy good time.

We thank thee that not the fruit only but the very leaves of Christ are healing, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to change and restore. Do thou perfect this work, and as thou healest his body, comfort his soul and the hearts of those who love him, and teach all to trust not in means alone but in thee, the great Physician whose sacred water and forgiving grace can wash every wound.

We commend him to thy tender care, asking that he may be restored soon and made whole again to praise thee in the land of the living.
