Heavenly Father, I thank You for the life of both my father and mother and for the gift of having them still with us.

I thank You that the doctors in the hospital have the health situation of my mother under control for the moment although she is rather weak and I pray for further guidance and protection so that she would receive the best possible care. I pray for Your comfort and healing for her.

I also lift up my father, who now has caught a heavy bronchitis and also needs Your healing touch. I pray You would strengthen him and comfort him, because he is certainly feeling lonely and worried with my mother in the hospital. He is deeply attached to her and misses her presence...

Thank You Father for taking good care of both my parents by Your Holy Spirit. I also pray for my sister to strengthen her and bless her for doing so much practical things in caring for them. In Jesus Name. Amen
