Prayer for love

Disciple of Prayer
Hi please pray for me. My life was ruined because of demonic possession. I have been delivered from legions and I am now repenting with the bible and Jesus. Please pray for my love life, wisdom, career, loved ones. Thank you Jesus 🙏🏻

We hear your cry for help and rejoice in the deliverance the Lord has already brought into your life! The fact that you have been set free from demonic oppression and are now walking in repentance through God’s Word is a powerful testimony of His mercy and grace. We stand with you in prayer, lifting every area of your life to the Father, who is able to restore what the enemy has stolen.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. You mentioned Jesus, and we praise God for your acknowledgment of Him as your Deliverer. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father, and it is through His blood that we are cleansed from sin and set free from the power of darkness (Colossians 1:13-14). If you have not already done so, we encourage you to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repent of your sins, and commit your life fully to Him. This is the first and most critical step in walking in the fullness of God’s promises for you.

Now, let us pray over the areas you’ve mentioned, beginning with your love life. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in [this person’s] desire for a godly marriage. Lord, we rebuke any lingering effects of the enemy’s work in their past and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that You would heal any wounds, break any ungodly soul ties, and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. If there has been any sexual immorality, whether fornication, adultery, or other sin, we ask for Your forgiveness and restoration. Your Word says that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We declare that [this person] is washed, sanctified, and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:11).

Father, we ask that You would prepare [this person] for a marriage that honors You. Give them wisdom to discern a spouse who loves You above all else, who is committed to walking in Your ways, and who will be a helpmate in fulfilling Your purpose for their life. Your Word says that he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from You (Proverbs 18:22). We pray that You would bring the right person into their life at the right time, and that their courtship would be pure, holy, and centered on You. Guard their heart from impatience, lust, or any ungodly desires, and help them to wait on Your perfect timing. We declare that no ungodly relationship will take root in their life, and we bind every spirit of deception or perversion that would seek to lead them astray.

For their career, Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Give them wisdom, skill, and favor in their work, and let their labor be a testimony of Your goodness. Your Word says that whatever we do, we should do it heartily, as unto You and not to men (Colossians 3:23). We pray that [this person] would find fulfillment and purpose in their vocation, and that You would use their work to advance Your kingdom.

For their loved ones, Father, we lift them up to You. We pray that You would draw them to Yourself, soften their hearts, and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. We rebuke any generational curses or demonic influences that may be affecting their lives, and we declare that they are set free by the blood of Jesus. Your Word says that the Spirit of the Lord is upon us to preach the Gospel to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted, and to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). We pray that [this person’s] testimony would be a light to their family and friends, and that many would come to know You through their life.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would fill [this person] with Your Holy Spirit, giving them power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen them in their walk with You, and help them to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy. We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37), and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may their life bring glory and honor to Your name.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're so grateful to hear that you've been delivered and are walking with Jesus in repentance and Scripture. That is no small thing, many are set free but then struggle to stay grounded, so we’re encouraged by your hunger for Him.

After such a profound deliverance, it’s natural to want everything restored at once: love, purpose, security. But deep healing often unfolds in the steady, day-by-day steps of walking with Christ, not just another dramatic moment. We'd gently say: don't rush into romance while your heart and mind are still being renewed. Let this be a season where your primary love and security come from Jesus, and let Him shape your desires and vision for a godly relationship. We've seen people who jump too soon into dating or marriage after crisis end up with more confusion, because they were looking for a person to complete what only Christ can stabilize. So give yourself space to grow in wisdom and wholeness.

What would help most right now is to be anchored in healthy, grounded relationships, a small group, a mature mentor, or a pastor who can walk with you through this new chapter. Ongoing support and accountability will guard what God has done and help you discern His leading for your career and relationships. You don't have to figure it all out alone.

We are praying with you for wisdom that comes from above, for work that fits who God made you to be, and for the loved ones on your heart. And we pray that your love life, in God's time, will reflect the beauty of a covenant rooted in Christ.

Lord Jesus, thank You for setting this dear child free. Protect the healing You have begun. Fill their mind with Your Word, their heart with Your peace, and their path with trustworthy companions. Grant them patience to wait on You for every good gift. We entrust their future to Your faithful hands, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Great deliverance has been wrought for you, and you are now brought forth from the house of bondage by the blood of the Lamb. The Lord has not only broken the chains of darkness but has given you a new heart that loves His name and repents of sin. This is a sure token that you have passed from death unto life, for we know that we live because we love. You love the brethren, you love the Word, you cling to Jesus, this is the mark of the child of God. Fear not, then, that the evil one will reclaim you, for He who delivered you is mightier than all the legions of hell. He will perfect that which concerneth you; He will not forsake the work of His own hands.

And now you ask prayer for your love life, for wisdom, for your career, for loved ones. Cast all these cares upon Him, for He careth for you. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. In matters of the heart, wait upon the Lord and let His Word be your guide. Do not run hastily after the world’s pattern, but seek a love that is pure, that springs from the love of Christ shed abroad in your heart. If you love the brethren, you know the love of the Father. And when you love the Father, your steps will be ordered aright. He that spared not His own Son will with Him also freely give you all things, wisdom for your path, provision for your needs, and the sanctifying grace that makes every duty a delight.

Perhaps you feel that your past has marred your future, but I beseech you, do not despair. The Lord restores the years that the locust hath eaten. He says, "I will bring you back, and you shall be my people." Many who have wandered far, when they return, love Christ better than ever, for they have had much forgiven. Let your alabaster box be broken at Jesus’ feet. He delights to show mercy; He has found a ransom. Your life shall see the light.

Come, then, and drink abundantly of His love. Rehearse His deeds of grace toward you. Tell Him, "My Savior, I take You to be my life, and by Your grace I will live to You alone." In this daily communion, you shall find wisdom, direction, and a well of living water springing up. The Lord be with you, and make your way prosperous in the truest sense, even as your soul prospereth. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The deliverance you have received is a great mercy, but the serpent, though cast out, watches for an opportune time to return. Do not imagine the warfare is ended because the legions are gone. The house swept clean must be filled, or the last state becomes worse than the first. Your repentance and turning to Scripture is the only true safeguard. "Nail my flesh by Thy fear," the Prophet prays. You must be riveted to Christ, not merely leaning on Him. For a soul merely resting on the surface is easily overturned by the next squall of temptation or sorrow, but the soul nailed by the fear of God no wind can shake.

Therefore, the prayer for your love life and career must be purified. Are you seeking these things as the world seeks them, or as one who has died and whose life is now hidden with Christ? To live the common life is to look for a spouse, a trade, and comfort as ends in themselves. But Paul says, "I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me." A man who has been snatched from such a pit does not ask first for the consolations of this present age, but for strength to persevere in the word. "If ye continue in My word, then are ye My disciples indeed," says the Lord. Wisdom is not given to adorn your earthly path alone, but to make you hard to capture for the enemy. Career is not a ladder to riches, but a station for faithfulness. As for love, do not seek first the affection of another, but seek to be the kind of soul who loves God exceedingly, and all other things will be ordered rightly.

Consider Paul on Malta. The barbarians saw the viper fasten on his hand and thought, "No doubt this man is a murderer, whom vengeance suffereth not to live." They expected him to swell up and fall down dead. But he shook off the beast into the fire and felt no harm. Your past ruin and former possession are like that viper clinging to you. The world, and perhaps even your own thoughts, may expect you to fall down dead, to fail, to return to destruction. But God caused that venom to have no power, not so that you could merely resume a comfortable life, but so that the onlookers might change their minds and see that God was with you. Your life, preserved from the shipwreck and the serpent, is not your own; it is a spectacle of His power. Live as one who has received a better resurrection as a free gift. For the Three Children were not harmed by the furnace, but they were not delivered from entering it; they were made more illustrious through the fire. Your present struggles are the fire; do not seek deliverance from them at any cost, but seek to shine within them. This is the path to that eternal life where your true love and true treasure lie.
