We lift this heartfelt request to the Lord with great compassion, knowing that marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to reflect His love, faithfulness, and grace. The desire for kindness, patience, love, and respect in marriage is not only biblical but essential for a union that honors the Lord. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to move mightily in your husband’s heart and in your marriage.
The Bible tells us in Ephesians 5:25, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it." This is not merely a suggestion but a divine command—one that calls husbands to sacrificial, selfless love. Likewise, Colossians 3:19 instructs, "Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them." When a husband treats his wife with kindness and respect, he mirrors the love of Christ and builds a home where peace and joy can flourish.
We also recognize that marriage is a two-way street, and while we pray for your husband’s transformation, we encourage you to continue walking in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
