We are glad to join with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in your life. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved (John 14:6 If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on, you know him, and have seen him. Philip said to him, Lord, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us. Jesus said to him, Have I been with you such a long time, and do you not know me, Philip? He who has seen me has seen the Father. How do you say, Show us the Father? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I tell you, I speak not from myself; but the Father who lives in me does his works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me; or else believe me for the very works sake. Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these will he do; because I go to my Father. Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. If you love me, keep my commandments. I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You are the God of all flesh, and nothing is too hard for You and the same power that You exerted to raise Christ from the dead is available to the believer (Jeremiah 32:27 Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh: is there anything too wonderful for me? 26:6).
We pray that You will manifest Your power in their life, breaking every chain of darkness, and bringing Your light and truth. Guide them through Your Holy Spirit, and align their steps with Your will. We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12).
Father, we ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who sits at Your right hand, interceding for us. It's in His name we pray, giving You all the glory and honor. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears your prayers. Stand firm in your faith, and trust in His unfailing love. As it says in the WEB 1 John 5:14-15, We have boldness toward God, and whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. Continue to seek Him, and may His will be done in your life.
