Prayer for healing

We join you in prayer for your healing and we thank you for expressing your faith through Jesus Christ His only Son, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and receive His mercy and grace.
We know a diagnosis like pelvic inflammatory disease can bring pain, worry, and discomfort, and we bring your body before the Lord who is our healer. Scripture reminds us of His compassionate heart toward our sickness, Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Exodus 15:26 declares I am Yahweh who heals you. We also cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and to Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up our sister who is suffering with this illness. Lord, You know her body intimately, for You formed her, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask for Your healing hand to touch her, to calm inflammation, to remove infection and pain, and to restore her to full health according to Your will. Grant wisdom to the doctors and effectiveness to the treatment she receives, and give her peace that surpasses understanding as she waits on You. Strengthen her faith and let her feel Your presence and comfort each day. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer, amen.
We encourage you to continue to follow the guidance of your medical providers while you trust the Lord, for He often works through their hands, and to rest and care for your body as He restores you. James 5:15 reminds us the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. Keep seeking Him in prayer, bring every fear and symptom to Him, and trust that He hears you and loves you deeply. We are standing with you for a speedy and complete recovery.
