We come before the Lord with you in this time of suffering, lifting your pain and distress to the Great Physician, who alone has the power to heal and restore. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting that God hears your cry and will extend His mercy and healing touch upon your body.
This affliction has persisted for far too long, and we know the weariness and discomfort it brings. Yet, we are encouraged by Psalm 103:2-3, which declares, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* Our Father is not indifferent to your pain; He sees you, He knows your struggle, and He is able to bring complete restoration. We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Lean on Him in this season, for His yoke is easy, and His burden is light.
We must also consider whether there are areas in your life—physical, spiritual, or emotional—that may need attention. Sometimes prolonged illness can be a call to examine our walk with the Lord. Are there unconfessed sins, bitterness, or unforgiveness that need to be surrendered? 1 Peter 2:24 tells us, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by his stripes you were healed."* Let us seek the Lord not only for physical healing but also for spiritual wholeness, ensuring that nothing hinders His work in your life.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother, who is suffering from this painful condition. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who formed every part of his body with care and purpose. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch him now, shrinking these hemorrhoids, soothing the pain, and bringing complete healing to his body. Let Your healing power flow through him, restoring every cell and tissue to its proper function. Father, we rebuked this infirmity in the mighty name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and never return.
Lord, we also ask that You grant him patience and strength during this time. Comfort him with Your presence and remind him that You are near to the brokenhearted. If there is any area of his life that needs surrender or repentance, reveal it to him by Your Holy Spirit, and give him the grace to walk in obedience. May this trial draw him closer to You, deepening his faith and trust in Your goodness.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We believe that You are at work, and we declare healing over him in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, brother. Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Trust that He is working, even when you cannot see it. We will continue to lift you up, believing for your complete healing and restoration. If medical treatment is available to you, do not neglect it, for the Lord can use the hands of doctors as instruments of His healing. But above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. He will not fail you.
