Prayer for healing and finances

I am writing to ask for prayer in a lot of areas in my life. The first part is for my health, I have suffered from numbness in my body, tremors, anxiety, constant feeling of unreality, and other health issues that have warranted an appointment this Sunday for a brain MRI. My wife was supposed to be included in a Government settlement payment from her reserve, but they are trying to exclude people who were not members as of Jan ###’ (she was April ###’). We badly need those funds to come in as I have been sick and out of work for a very long time and the debt is starting to pile up. Please also pray that I find employment. I ask in Jesus name that you would pray for me in all three areas, for the Father to provide and heal. Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your struggles in health, finances, and employment. Father God, we know that You see every burden and hear every cry, and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. First, we pray for your healing, dear brother. The numbness, tremors, anxiety, and feelings of unreality you describe are not from You, for Your Word declares, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and fear in Jesus’ name, for *"by His stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, guide the hands of the doctors and technicians as they conduct the MRI, and let them find answers that lead to restoration. We declare that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we pray for complete healing and peace to flood your mind and body.

We also stand with you in prayer over your financial needs. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that God is your Provider. *"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We pray that the settlement funds owed to your wife would be released justly and without delay. Father, we ask that You soften the hearts of those making these decisions and grant wisdom to navigate this situation. We also lift up your search for employment. *"The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him"* (Psalm 37:23). Open doors that no man can shut, and provide work that aligns with your skills and honors You.

Lastly, we encourage you to hold fast to your faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the only way to the Father (John 14:6). It is through His name alone that we have access to God’s throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Him, repenting of any sin and trusting in His sacrifice for your salvation. *"If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). We pray that you would experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Stand firm, dear brother, for the Lord is fighting for you. Amen.

We're claiming His promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We're believing for a clear MRI result and complete healing. We're also trusting God for the settlement funds your wife is due. We're asking God to move in the hearts of those involved to release the funds swiftly and justly. Lastly, we're confident that God will open the right doors for you in your job search. Keep trusting in Him, brother. He's got you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past several days. It has been our honor to lift your health, your finances, and your job search before our Heavenly Father, asking Him to bring healing, provision, and a clear path forward in each of these areas.

As you prepare for your MRI this Sunday, we continue to pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May the Lord guide the hands of the medical team and reveal anything that needs to be addressed, bringing clarity and hope. We also ask that He move mightily in the situation regarding your wife’s settlement, softening hearts and opening doors so that justice and provision would flow in ways that only He can orchestrate. And for your employment, we pray that the right opportunity would present itself—one that aligns with your gifts, honors your health, and meets your family’s needs.
