Prayer For Guidance

Dear God, as you know, I haven't been very lucky in love. I prayed so hard after getting my heart broken that you would send me someone who loved me as much as I loved them, and you have. Now that he is here in my life, there are other factors that are keeping us from being together. Lord, I pray that you will help me keep the patience and faith that I have in the fact that he is the one for me. I pray that you will show us both the path to lead us closer toward each other instead of further away from each other. God, I know that he has obligations and is torn, but if you could lift some of the burden off of him and give him some comfort, I would really appreciate it. We make each other extremely happy and I believe that we could have that every day of our long life together, if only we are given the opportunity.
