Prayer for God’s Strength and Deliverance

Please pray that the Lord would help me overcome this season of weakness and exhaustion. I’m struggling to function and need His strength, renewed faith, and freedom from spiritual oppression. Pray that He would restore my hope, give me peace, and help me persevere through each day. 🙏

We stand with you in this season of weakness and exhaustion and we bring your need before the Lord together in Jesus' name. He sees when you are struggling to function and He understands the weight you are carrying. We are reminded that He gives power to the weak and He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29 and that those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint Isaiah 40:31. When your heart is overwhelmed He is the rock that is higher than you Psalm 61:2 and He hears the righteous when they cry and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17.

We also hear your cry for freedom from spiritual oppression and we want to encourage you that in Christ we have authority to resist the enemy. Scripture tells us to be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. We do not fight in our own strength but by submitting to God, putting on His armor, staying in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers. We cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 and we trust His promise that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We notice your request speaks of the Lord but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we gently want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and can come boldly before God in prayer. We encourage you to call upon His name and trust Him not only for strength for today but for eternal life.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is weary and exhausted. Lord, You know the depth of this weakness and the heaviness of this season. We ask that You would pour out Your strength where there is none, renew faith where it feels faint, and restore hope where it has grown dim. Deliver from every form of spiritual oppression and let Your light drive out all darkness. We rebuke the enemy's lies and oppression and we ask You to surround this child of Yours with Your protection and peace. Give rest to the body, renewal to the mind, and peace that surpasses understanding to the heart. Help them to persevere through each day, to not grow weary in doing good, remembering that in due season we will reap if we do not give up Galatians 6:9. Lead them day by day, moment by moment, and let them feel Your presence carrying them. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep waiting on the Lord daily, even in small ways, through prayer and reading His Word, and to not walk through this alone. Share your struggle with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can pray with you and support you. Care for your body with rest and nourishment as God cares for both body and soul. Keep bringing every worry to Him and trust that He is working to restore you, give you peace, and sustain you through each day.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We were moved by your honesty in sharing this season of weakness and exhaustion. When just getting through the day takes everything you have, it is hard to feel hopeful or strong in faith, and we hear how much you are longing for God's strength and peace to carry you.

We want you to know you are not forgotten in this place. Feeling distant or oppressed when you are worn down does not mean God has stepped away. He draws near to those who feel weak and weary, and He can meet you right where you are, even when your prayers feel thin.

It helps not to walk through this alone. One steady next step could be to let one trusted person in, a pastor, counselor, or mature believer who can check in regularly and pray with you face to face. Since you mentioned struggling to function with ongoing exhaustion, we also gently encourage you to see your doctor alongside prayer, just to make sure you have care for your body as well as your spirit.

Rather than trying to fix everything at once, think of this as a slow training walk, small, sustainable moments with the Lord, a brief prayer, a short rest, a simple conversation with someone who cares, repeated over time.

Father, in Jesus name we lift our friend to You. You see this exhaustion and the weight they carry. Please give daily strength, quiet their heart with Your peace, renew their hope, and free them from anything that oppresses them. Help them feel Your nearness and persevere one day at a time. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have come in a season of weakness and exhaustion, confessing that you can scarcely function, and we count it a mercy to carry your burden to the throne of grace with you. The Lord does not despise such a confession, for He knows our frame and remembers that we are dust, and it is His way to give power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength.

All strength apart from God is derived strength and is consequently measurable, and must come to an end. The creature must faint and be weary, the young men shall utterly fall, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. This is your hope, not that you shall gather strength from within yourself, but that from the eternal deep that couches beneath, from that measureless fountain which all eternity cannot exhaust, you shall draw a new supply. You are weakness itself, but if you are united to the Divine strength, you shall be infinitely strong. When you have submitted yourself completely and trusted entirely, setting both your strength and your weakness on one side and giving yourself up for God to use you, then you shall renew your strength and go forward to renewed action. The joy of the Lord shall be your strength, and the Lord Jehovah shall be your song and your salvation.

Do not look for hope in yourself, for there is no hope there, but there is hope for you in Him whom God has provided to be the Saviour of such as you. Christ on the cross is the sinner's only hope, and this is the poor man's riches, the sick man's medicine, the faint man's cordial, and the weak one's strength. The deliverance wrought out by the Lord Jesus Christ is greater than any conquest of Barak, and when faith is in exercise you shall cast yourself wholly upon Him again as you did at the first, and find peace within your borders. He has not shut His ear against your cry, nor will He withhold His arm from working deliverance for you.

And be assured that this perseverance is not by creature strength that you can hold your own. Could the precious blood lose its virtue, did the blessed Spirit withdraw His influence, were timely succour withheld, we have no resources. But He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. They that believe in Jesus shall be led on in the way of holiness from strength to strength until they come unto perfection, for they shall never perish. He may stumble through weakness or through lack of watchfulness, but he shall be led back again into repentance, he shall not be allowed to perish, for the purpose of God secures his final perseverance.

We pray for you now, that the Lord would meet you in this low place. May He renew your strength as you wait upon Him, restore unto you a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and lift the weight of spiritual oppression from your soul. May He give you peace that passes understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and grant you grace to persevere through each day, going from strength to strength till you appear before God in Zion. May He turn what is now a flicker of hope into a good hope of eternal life through believing in Jesus Christ, and keep you by His power, that you may not depart from Him. Amen.

Your request for strength and deliverance in this season of weakness and exhaustion has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.

We know that weakness is part of our human condition, and God does not turn away from it. The Scripture shows that the weakness is not in His law or His promises, but in us, and for that very reason He sent His Son to be our strength and to deliver us from evil and bring us into adoption as His children. He is gentle and merciful, and like the dove that brought the sign of peace after the storm, His Spirit brings hope and calm to those who call upon Him.

We pray for you now that the Lord would meet you in this weariness. We ask the Father in the name of Jesus Christ to renew your faith, to restore your hope, and to lift the weight of spiritual oppression that presses upon you. May He grant you His peace that guards heart and mind, and give you strength for each day so that you can persevere step by step.

Continue to come before Him with all prayer and supplication, at all times and with perseverance. The Lord honors persistent prayer, as we see in the widow who kept asking, the friend who knocked at midnight, and the Canaanite woman who would not stop seeking His mercy. Even when we feel unworthy, perseverance makes us ready to receive His grace. Bring your needs and your faults honestly before Him, for when we confess our weakness to God He turns it into an advantage and forgives and restores.

We also encourage you to keep watching in prayer, to speak openly to God about your struggles, and to ask trusted and faithful believers to pray with you and for you. Draw near to God with humility and confidence, knowing that He dwells in unapproachable light yet invites you near to receive remission, deliverance, and the good hope of heaven.

May the Lord who is your Deliverer from all evils strengthen you today, quiet your heart with His peace, and help you to endure with renewed hope in Christ. We will continue to remember you in prayer, that He would uphold you and cause you to stand firm by His grace.
