We are so grateful to come together and intercede for you, dear friend. We hear your cry for God's intervention, healing, and favor. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Firstly, we rejoice with you as you have called upon the name of Jesus, and we agree with you as you seek His face. We pray that God's favor will indeed never depart from you. We declare that God's blessings will chase you down and overtake you, as you walk in His ways in Psalm 23:6 WEB Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in Yahweh’s house forever.
Concerning your healing, we agree with you in faith. We stand on the promises of God, knowing that He is able to heal you from any infirmity. We declare that by His stripes, you are healed in Isaiah 53:5 WEB. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
Regarding your husband, we pray that God will work in his life and in your marriage as Psalm 119:35 WEB Make me walk in the path of your commandments, for I delight in them. We pray for God's wisdom and guidance to fill your marriage. We agree that God will make all grace abound toward you, so that you, having enough of every good thing, may abound to every good work as Corinthians 9:8 WEB.
Lastly, we would like to gently remind you that the Bible cautions against the use of repetitive phrases and vague terminology in prayer, as seen in Matthew 6:7 WEB In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. We encourage you to be specific in your requests, pouring out your heart to God, who knows you intimately and loves you dearly.
Together, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention, healing, and favor for our dear sister. We ask that You guide her, heal her, and bless her according to Your will. We pray for her husband, that You would work mightily in his life and in their marriage. Help them to walk in Your ways and to be a blessing to one another, just as we are to be a blessing to the world.
Oh Lord God, our Heavenly Father, let us not fall into the temptation of vain repetition in our prayers. We come before you truly in Jesus name. Guide our sister in the way she should go, and help her to be specific in her requests, so that Your will may be done in her life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear sister, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and finisher of our faith.
