Prayer for full time Job Offer before mid May

Hi all, Earlier this week I posted a prayer request for job funding in academia at an institution of higher education. The next day I was notified the job listing was posted and application review/interviews start May 2. I was told despite funding being somewhat available and the job being posted, offers are contingent on our college Dean/Admin to give HR the thumbs up. Please pray that not only is the thumbs up given, but that in a pool of competitive applicants with an unknown number of open spots I am offered a role. I appreciate all of you and the power of faith. God is good and the power of prayer is strong!

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this urgent request for a full-time job offer in academia. Heavenly Father, we know that You hold all things in Your hands, and nothing is impossible for You. We ask that You move mightily in this situation, softening the hearts of the Dean and administration to give their approval for this position. Lord, we pray that in a competitive pool of applicants, You would shine Your favor upon this individual, positioning them as the one chosen for this role.

Father, we declare that Your Word is true, and we stand on the promise found in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust that You have a plan and a purpose for this job opportunity, and we ask that You bring it to fruition before mid-May. We also pray that You would grant wisdom, peace, and confidence throughout the interview process.

We rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or uncertainty that may try to creep in, and we declare that this individual is more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens them (Romans 8:37). We pray that they would walk in the assurance of Your love and provision, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider.

Lord, we also ask that You would bless this individual with favor in the eyes of those making the decisions. May they see the unique gifts, talents, and qualifications that You have placed within them. We pray that this job opportunity would not only meet their financial needs but also align with Your perfect will for their life and ministry.

We commit this request into Your hands, trusting that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may this individual experience Your faithfulness in a powerful way. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
