Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God for life (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If this relationship is not a marriage, we must rebuke the sin of fornication and urge repentance. God’s design for intimacy is within the bounds of holy matrimony, and any sexual relationship outside of that is displeasing to Him (Hebrews 13:4, 1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If this is not the case, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and align your relationship with His Word.
Now, regarding the work situation, we stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord is your Provider (Philippians 4:19). The delay and uncertainty you describe can feel like a heavy burden, but we declare that God is not a God of confusion, but of order and purpose (1 Corinthians 14:33).
