Beloved of All
Your prayer for your family shows a heart that wants to trust God fully for protection over your home, your minds and your bodies, and that is a good and right desire. God hears when His people call on Him, and He is present to guard and to keep.
One of the clearest lessons in Scripture about fear is that the cure for fear is remembering the Lord. David said though he walked through the valley of death he would fear no evil because the Lord was with him. Fear grows when we forget who God is and what He has promised. Faith and fear cannot rule the heart at the same time. Where faith is allowed to take hold, fear has to leave, and where fear is allowed to take over, faith is pushed aside. The enemy often tries to use fear to move us to make wrong decisions, to react quickly and unwisely. Like Nehemiah when others tried to make him afraid, it helps to recognize that tactic and to choose instead to remember God, to be encouraged by His greatness and His nearness, and to act with calm trust rather than panic.
That does not mean we ignore wisdom. We do what is wise and prudent in caring for our health, our relationships and our finances, but we do not do it because we are driven by dread of what the enemy might do. God is able to protect you whether you are out on the walls of daily life or at home. You do not need to hide away in fear. You can trust Him to be your helper and to keep you, and to command His angels to watch over you, as Scripture shows He does for His people.
You also asked for God to bring His order over every part of your life. The Bible teaches that the beginning of true wisdom and knowledge is a reverent awe of the Lord. That kind of fear is not a shaking terror, but a deep respect for who God is, loving what He loves and hating what He hates. When we walk in that reverence, we learn to follow His ways, and His ways are given to build up the family and to bring strength. What He tells us to do strengthens the home, and what He tells us to avoid protects it from being torn apart. As you seek Him, He will give you understanding and strength for each decision, and He will bring health to body and peace to mind in His way and time. All healing, whether instant or gradual, comes from His hand.
May the Lord draw you and your family closer to Himself and fill your home with His peace. May He quiet every spirit of fear, anxiety and confusion and replace it with confidence in His presence. May He guard your bodies, your minds and your relationships, provide for your needs, and establish His good order over your health and finances. May you keep remembering Him through the day, so that faith remains strong and fear has no place. I pray this in the name of Jesus, trusting His power in the spiritual and physical realm and His love to keep you.
