Prayer For Family Member In Jail

Lord I have a young family member who has been in jail for and will be coming home soon. He is a good kid who started hanging out with the wrong people. (I know, that's what they all say) He is being released sooner that we thought because of his good behavior. When he returns home, guide him on the correct path to stay out of trouble and away from those people he got into trouble with. Drugs were involved and if he messes up again his time will be a lot longer than a year. I pray he has learned what can happen when he strays from the law. He is very young and has paid for what he did. Help him to stay on track and deal with whatever obstacles are in front of him due to his time in jail. In Jesus name Amen

PRAISE THE LORD. GLORY TO GOD. FATHER, YOUR HUMBLE SERVANT COMES BEFORE YOUR THRONE OF GRACE IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST ASKING THAT THIS YOUNG MAN OPEN HIS HEART TO YOU FATHER AND YOUR LOVE. THAT FATHER YOU PUT A HEDGE OF PROTECTION AROUND HIM THAT ANYONE ONE AROUND HIM FOR THE WRONG REASONS OR INFLUENCES LOSE INTEREST IN HIM AND LEAVE. FATHER, I ASK THAT YOU DESTROY EVERY STRONGHOLD IN THE NAME AND AUTHORITY OF JESUS. THAT FATHER HE SURRENDERS ALL TO YOU AND THAT YOUR WILL BE DONE. FATHER, I ASK THAT YOU SEND LABORS INTO HIS PATH TO GUIDE HIM. THANK YOU FATHER. AMEN.

Lord, our youth are being influenced every day by a barage of media, computer, TV and bad friends. This young man made choices that cost him his freedom and separation from his family. I pray that while he was in jail, he began to realize his mistakes and that his choices have consequences, not only for himself but for his friends and family as well. Lord, I pray he would seek your will for his life, that he would turn it over to you so that you could help him fulfill his purpose and your plan for his life. He is young but maybe he had changed. I pray for your hand upon him to lead, guide and direct him and help him get on the right path and seek friends who will not lead him astray but have a positive influence. I thank you and praise you. May you bless his family as he returns. May he feel their love and change his behavior and his attitudes. Thank you, Lord. Amen
