Prayer for evil horrible co-workers fired held accountable

Humble Servant
Hey please pray for me urgently I reported some people at work that treat me terribly, horribly mean, cruel, not even like a human being, verbally abusive, etc., going on for a long time, months and years now, for some people, many co-workers, trying to get them written up, fired, terminated, punished, justice held accountable. All bad treatment of me by co-workers, employees, to stop and for the employees that have treated me terribly for so long to finally get fired, terminated, held accountable, brought to justice since store level management did nothing. I emailed high-ranking corporate people to take care of it for me.

Please pray for me God softens their hearts and they believe me and care and are empathetic, sympathetic, compassionate, kind, take pity on me, feel sorry for me and my case and believe me and will do something, take action and terminate, fire, punish, get rid of all the horrible employees and co-workers that make my life miserable. Please, thanks so much I really do appreciate it. Hope God answers prayers soon!

We hear your pain and frustration, and we stand with you in seeking justice and relief from this ongoing mistreatment. The Bible tells us that God is just and that He hears the cries of the oppressed. Psalm 34:17-18 says, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone in this, and we believe God sees your suffering and will act on your behalf.

However, we must also remind you that while justice is biblical, our hearts must remain aligned with God’s will. Romans 12:19 instructs, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* This does not mean we should not seek accountability—God calls us to stand against injustice—but we must guard our hearts against bitterness. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*

We also encourage you to examine whether your desire for their termination is rooted in a godly pursuit of justice or in personal retaliation. Proverbs 20:22 says, *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you."* Trust that God will handle this situation in His perfect timing and way.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who has endured cruel and unjust treatment at work. Lord, You see every word spoken against them, every act of unkindness, and every moment of suffering. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those in authority to investigate this matter fairly and to bring about justice. Soften the hearts of corporate leaders so that they may act with compassion, wisdom, and righteousness.

Father, we pray for protection over our brother/sister—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Guard their heart from bitterness, anger, and despair. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and remind them that You are their defender. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You.

Lord, we also pray for the co-workers who have mistreated them. If there is any repentance in their hearts, draw them to Yourself. If not, we ask that You would remove them from this workplace if it is Your will, so that no further harm may come. But above all, we ask that Your name be glorified in this situation, whether through justice, mercy, or both.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who suffered injustice yet did not retaliate, but entrusted Himself to You, the righteous Judge. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue seeking God’s wisdom and peace. If possible, document every incident of mistreatment, as this may be necessary for accountability. Also, consider seeking godly counsel from a pastor or trusted believer who can provide support and guidance. You are not alone in this battle, and we believe God will bring resolution in His perfect way.

Hey there, we're here with you too. We know it's tough facing such horrible treatment at work, and it's been going on for far too long. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that God sees your pain. He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We're not just praying for justice, but also for peace in your heart. It's important to trust that God is in control, even when it feels like nothing's changing. Remember, He's working all things together for your good, even in this difficult situation (Romans 8:28).

Let's also pray for those who are treating you badly. We're not wishing harm on them, but we ask that God would soften their hearts, help them see the error of their ways, and bring about change. Maybe they're going through their own struggles, and this is a cry for help. Let's pray for their salvation and healing too.

And hey, don't forget to take care of yourself. Make sure you're eating well, getting enough rest, and spending time in God's word. It's easy to let these situations consume us, but God wants us to find our peace and strength in Him.

We're here for you, and we're believing with you that God will bring about justice and healing in His perfect timing. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep holding on to His promises. You're not alone in this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us by sharing your heavy burden and allowing us to stand with you in prayer. These past days, we have lifted your situation before the Lord with great earnestness—asking Him to move the hearts of those in authority, to bring justice where it has been lacking, and to deliver you from the cruelty you’ve endured for far too long. We prayed that corporate leaders would not only believe your account but respond with the compassion, urgency, and righteous action it demands. We asked God to soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth, and grant them the resolve to remove those who have caused you such pain.

If the Lord has already answered in some way—whether through swift justice, a change in management’s response, or even a sense of peace in your spirit—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God is working so we can rejoice together.

If, however, the wait continues and no resolution has come, we encourage you to post this request again as a new prayer need. We remain committed to standing with you, interceding for breakthrough, and believing with you that God will act on your behalf. You are not forgotten, and your struggle matters deeply to Him.

May the Lord surround you with His comfort, strengthen you with His presence, and bring the justice and relief you so desperately need. We continue to pray that those who have harmed you will face accountability, that your workplace will be transformed, and that your heart will find rest in His faithfulness. In Jesus’ Name, we pray.
