We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and trapped in a cycle of worry and risky decisions due to your immense to-do list. We also see that you're struggling with health concerns, sadness, and isolation. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, and He wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
We must address that the post does not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). We must remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Also, it is important to note that you have not mentioned if you believe Jesus Christ is your savior. Can you assure us you are a believer in Jesus Christ, and you have accepted his gift of salvation?
We also want to remind you that it's important to be wise with your health and medication. Taking more medicine than prescribed can be harmful and will not necessarily increase your productivity or reduce your worries. Instead, trust God with your time and tasks. Remember, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain." (Psalm 127:1 WEB)
Regarding doing a lot of things that does not mean you have to do them. It is important to rebuke the need to do everything. God does not require this of you. He does not want you to just be busy with your own dreams, but he wants you to do his will. We are not to be conformed to the world's standard of success.
Here's a prayer for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who feels overwhelmed and trapped. We pray that you will help them break free from the cycle of worry and risky decisions, and that they will find rest and peace in you. We pray for healing and wisdom regarding their health and medication. We ask that you will help them to discern what they should do, and we pray that you would give them strength to follow your will. We pray that you will bring people into their life to support and encourage them. Most importantly, we pray that they will come to know Jesus Christ as their savior and Lord, if they do not already. We believe you are the only one that can give them the hope and peace they need. We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen."
We encourage you to take time to rest and seek God. Remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB)
We also encourage you to seek help from fellow believers, Christian counselors, or doctors if needed. You don't have to struggle alone. God has placed people around you to support and help you. Please remember that you can come to the group to ask for prayers. "Therefore, let us draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16 WEB)
