We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for the opportunity to serve Him through our work, even as we travel for business. Father, we lift up this request for safe and successful travel accommodations. We know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your provision for all our needs.
Lord, we pray that You would open the right doors for this business trip, guiding the hands of those making the arrangements. May the accommodations be safe, comfortable, and within the necessary budget. We ask for wisdom and discernment in every decision, that all details would align with Your will. "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall be established" (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). We declare that this trip will be fruitful, not only for business but also for Your glory.
We also take a moment to rebuke any anxiety or fear that may be lurking in the heart regarding this trip. The enemy would love to distract with worry, but we stand on Your promise: "Do not be anxious in anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6 WEB). We choose to trust You, knowing that You hold every detail in Your hands.
Father, we ask that You would go before this traveler, preparing the way and protecting them from any harm or unforeseen challenges. Surround them with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May this trip be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision.
Lastly, we pray that this time away would not only be productive for business but also an opportunity to shine Your light in new places. May this individual be a witness for Christ, reflecting Your love and grace to those they encounter. Let every conversation and interaction be seasoned with salt and light, that others may see You through them.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.
