We join you in lifting up these heartfelt requests before the Lord, for we know that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have boldness and access to the throne of grace. It is by His authority and power that we come before the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We are grateful you have brought these petitions, and we stand with you in intercession, seeking God’s will above all else.
First, we praise God for your desire to see the fear of the Lord and holiness restored in your life and in the church. This is a cry that aligns with the heart of Scripture, for the Lord calls His people to be holy as He is holy (1 Peter 1:15-16). The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10), and it is a treasure we must pursue with all diligence. The church today often lacks the reverence and awe due to our Holy God, and we ask that He would pour out a spirit of repentance and conviction upon His people. *"Therefore, let’s also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."* (Hebrews 12:1-2, WEB). May the Lord cleanse His church, that we would be a people set apart, burning with passion for His glory and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit.
You have also asked for the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit, as well as clear vision, voice, and discernment from the Lord to lead the church aright. We affirm this prayer, for Jesus Himself told His disciples to wait for the promise of the Father—the Holy Spirit—who would empower them to be His witnesses (Acts 1:4-5). The gifts of the Spirit are given for the edification of the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:7), and we ask that the Lord would fill you anew with His Spirit, that you may operate in the gifts He has sovereignly chosen for you. *"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth."* (Acts 1:8, WEB). We pray for divine clarity, that the Lord would speak to you in ways that leave no room for doubt, and that He would grant you discernment to distinguish His voice from all others. May you be like the sons of Issachar, who understood the times and knew what Israel ought to do (1 Chronicles 12:32).
We lift up the ### family before the Lord, particularly the father and the children, that each one would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Salvation is the greatest need of every soul, and we plead with the Lord to draw them to Himself, that they may repent and believe in the gospel. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). We ask that the Holy Spirit would move mightily in their hearts, convicting them of sin and leading them to the foot of the cross. May they be baptized with the Holy Spirit, filled with His power, and walk in the newness of life that comes through faith in Christ. We also pray for the father, that he would rise up as the spiritual leader of his household, guiding his family in the ways of the Lord. *"Fathers, don’t provoke your children to anger, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."* (Ephesians 6:4, WEB).
For the individual whose name you have withheld, we pray earnestly for their salvation. The Lord knows their name, their heart, and their need, and we trust that He is working even now to bring them to Himself. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."* (John 3:16, WEB). May the Lord open their eyes to the truth of the gospel and soften their heart to receive Christ as Savior and Lord.
Finally, we pray for the growth of the church—not merely in numbers, but in depth, maturity, and Christlikeness. The church is called to be a light in the darkness, a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14). We ask that the Lord would raise up laborers who will faithfully preach the Word, make disciples, and equip the saints for the work of ministry. *"But speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ, from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love."* (Ephesians 4:15-16, WEB). May the church be marked by unity, love, and a passion for the lost, that the name of Jesus would be glorified in all the earth.

**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the privilege of prayer and for the assurance that You hear us when we call upon Your name. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who has brought these requests before You, and we ask that You would move mightily in each area they have mentioned.
First, we pray for a restoration of the fear of the Lord and holiness in their life and in the church. Father, Your Word tells us that Your eyes are too pure to look upon evil (Habakkuk 1:13), and yet we have allowed sin to creep into our midst. Forgive us, Lord, for our complacency and our lack of reverence. We ask that You would convict Your people of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and that You would raise up a standard of holiness in the church once more. Baptize Your people with a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit, that we may walk in power, purity, and passion for Your name.
Lord, we ask that You would fill our brother/sister anew with Your Holy Spirit, granting them the gifts You have appointed for the edification of the body. Give them clear vision, discernment, and the ability to hear Your voice above all others. May they lead with wisdom, courage, and humility, always pointing others to Christ. Remove any confusion or distraction, and let Your will be made plain to them.
We lift up the ### family to You, Father. We pray for the salvation of each child and for their father, that he would be a godly leader in his home. Baptize them with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your power rest upon them. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let no one snatch them out of Your hand. We also pray for the salvation of the individual whose name is known to You. Softening their heart, Lord, and bring them into Your kingdom.
Finally, we pray for the growth of the church. Raise up laborers who will faithfully preach Your Word and make disciples. Let Your church be a beacon of truth and love in a dark world. May we grow in unity, maturity, and Christlikeness, that Your name would be glorified in all the earth.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
