We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of reverence and expectation, lifting up this earnest plea for divine intervention. Father, we thank You for the hunger in this heart for a deeper fear of You and a return to holiness—for both this servant and the church. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and without holiness, no one will see You. We ask that You would ignite a fresh fire in Your people, a holy awe that compels us to walk in purity and obedience. Let us not be like the church in Laodicea, lukewarm and self-satisfied, but let us burn with passion for Your presence and Your ways.
Lord, we cry out for a mighty baptism in the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit to be poured out abundantly. As it is written in Acts 1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth." We need Your power to flow through us, to speak with clarity, to discern Your voice above all others, and to see with spiritual vision. Father, grant the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, that the eyes of understanding may be enlightened, just as Paul prayed in Ephesians 1:17-18. Let Your church be led by Your Spirit, not by human wisdom or worldly strategies, but by Your divine direction.
We lift up this family, Lord, and ask for the salvation of each member—especially their father and all the children. May they come to know You as Savior and be baptized in the Holy Spirit, filled with Your power and presence. As it is written in Acts 2:38-39, "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call to himself." Let none be left behind, Lord, but draw them all to Yourself.
We also pray for the salvation of those whose names are held in this heart. You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance. We ask that You would break through every barrier, every hardness of heart, and every deception of the enemy. Let Your light shine into their darkness and lead them to the foot of the cross.
Father, we pray for the growth of the church—not just in number, but in the knowledge of You, in the works of the Spirit, and in the fullness of Your power. Let us not be content with mere programs or activities, but let us hunger for the deep things of God. As it is written in Ephesians 3:16-19, "that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, that you may be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." Let the church be a living testimony of Your glory, a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of complacency, lukewarmness, and deception that seeks to hinder Your work. We declare that the church is not ours but Yours, and we submit ourselves fully to Your will. Let us not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds, that we may prove what is Your good, acceptable, and perfect will.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We come to You through Him, our Mediator, our Savior, and our Lord. Let Your kingdom come, and Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
