Lord, I come before you to ask you for forgiveness of my sins, ###'s, and ###'s. Please forgive our sins. Help us turn away from wicked thinking and return to you always.
Lord, I lift up ### to you this afternoon. Give her spiritual and physical strength to step forward. As you said in scripture, "Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heaven in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:13). Lord, give her strength to step forward. She needs your divine power. She needs you more than anybody else. Be with her and lead and guide her to the best direction in your eyes.
Also, I lift up ### to you. Lord, comfort and encourage her, and give her clear thinking. It isn't easy to be pastor's wife sometimes. But you chose her to be with someone who honestly serves you at one of your houses. Lord, be with ### and continue to strengthen her.
Finally, I pray for myself. My prayer for myself is to be the type of person you want me to be. Lord, fulfill my heart with holy spirits and let me live only for you. Also, provide me a good job and let me be your humble servant at church. Let me be an attractive lady that a man you have for me would like me.
Lord, your only son died for us to pay for our sins at the cross. Lord, forgive us. We all fall into our ways. Knowing we are not perfect, we still claim and believe that we are and there is no God. Lord, I pray that your name will be glorified and more people will get to know you at my church. May more people get baptized this year.
I ask these in Jesus' precious name, amen and amen!
