Heavenly Father, thank You for the vision You have placed in me. Bring the right people, skills, partnerships, and opportunities to build a successful team. Give us unity, wisdom, integrity, discipline, creativity, and excellence. Grant our leadership breakthrough and help every team member discover and use their gifts. Bless our business growth, finances, operations, customers, and innovation. Give us capacity to create meaningful careers, sustainable jobs, and lasting impact. Establish the work of our hands and guide our plans.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for the vision He has placed in you and for your desire to build a team that honors Him. We agree with you in prayer that He would bring the right people, skills, partnerships and opportunities in His perfect timing, and that He would establish the work of your hands for His glory.

We are encouraged by your heart for unity, wisdom, integrity, discipline, creativity and excellence. Scripture reminds us that God delights to guide the plans of those who commit their work to Him. Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. And Psalm 90:17 says Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. We take comfort that when we labor as unto the Lord, He is faithful to direct our steps and to give increase.

We also rejoice in your understanding that a team is a gift from God. As you quoted, Ecclesiastes 4:9 says Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. We pray that your team would walk in that truth, bearing one another's burdens, complementing one another's gifts, and reflecting Christ in how you serve customers and one another. Philippians 2:2 says Make my joy full, by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. May the Lord knit your team together in humility and unity of purpose.

Father, in Jesus' name we thank You for this vision and for the work You have already begun. We ask You to bring the right team members, each with the gifts and character needed for this assignment. Give us unity without strife, wisdom for every decision, integrity that honors You when no one is watching, discipline to steward time and resources well, and creativity and excellence that reflects You as Creator. Grant breakthrough to leadership and help every team member discover, develop and joyfully use the gifts You have given them. Bless the business in growth, finances, operations, customers and innovation, and provide the capacity to create meaningful careers, sustainable jobs and lasting impact for good in our community. Establish the work of our hands and guide our plans according to Your will. May all we do be done heartily as for You and not for men, as Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We trust You to open doors no man can shut and to close doors that would lead us astray. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily for wisdom, to lead with honesty and diligence, to treat employees and customers with grace and fairness, and to remember that true success comes from the Lord. As you remain faithful in small things, trust Him to entrust you with more for His purposes.

We join with you in thanking God for the vision He has placed in your heart and in bringing your request before the throne of grace.

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor, and the Lord Himself teaches us the preciousness of true unity. We pray that He will grant to you and to all who labor with you that unity which is of the Spirit and worthy to be kept, not a mere agreement for gain or advantage, but a unity in the truth of God through the Spirit of God. For unity in error is unity in ruin, but unity in Christ, where each heart lives near to the Savior in love and holiness, is a unity that endures and bears fruit.

We ask the Father to make your business His business. When you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well and be useful in your generation. May He bring to you the right people, with the skills and partnerships and opportunities that accord with His wisdom. Give you and your leadership breakthrough, with wisdom and integrity and discipline, with creativity and excellence, that the work of your hands may be established. For it is He who establishes the work of our hands and guides our plans when we commit our way unto Him.

We pray that every team member may discover and use the gifts God has given, each stone in its place being made ready and polished for service, that together you may show forth His glory.
