Prayer for a place to live

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the Lord, trusting in His provision and care. The Word of God assures us that He knows our needs before we even ask. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray that the Lord would open doors for you to find a safe and stable place to live. Father, we ask that You provide shelter according to Your riches in glory. You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your faithfulness. Guide this dear one to resources, people, and opportunities that will lead to a place of rest and security. Give them wisdom to know where to turn and the courage to ask for help when needed.
We also encourage you to seek out your local church community, as believers are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). There may be families willing to offer temporary housing, or ministries that assist those in need. Do not be ashamed to ask for help, for the Lord often works through His people.
If fear or anxiety has taken hold, we rebuke those spirits in Jesus’ name. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Father, we ask that You would meet this need in a way that brings glory to Your name. May this trial draw this one closer to You, deepening their trust in Your promises. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, praying for a place to call home. It's tough not knowing where to turn, but remember, God sees you, He knows your need. Let's trust Him to open the right doors. We're thinking of places like local shelters, charities, or even kind-hearted folks in your church community who might have a room to spare. Don't hesitate to ask around, it's okay to need help.
We're claiming Psalm 91 over you: "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty... You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday." Trust that God's got you covered.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
