Beloved of All
Heavenly father currently my job is in a hostile work environment. My bosses ### and ### are toxic. They promote bad behavior and poor work ethic. They celebrate people like myself feeling horrible each day. My good coworkers that are suffering like myself are quitting each day. I need my job to provide for my child. I am a single parent and I suffer through the torture each day. HR at the site doesn't take any action, instead they attack the person reporting it. It hurts. Please open up the windows and bless me with a job where I am valued and appreciated. I pray the salary is higher as well.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, where our Heavenly Father sees your struggle and collects every tear you’ve shed. The workplace you describe is not just difficult—it is a breeding ground for ungodliness, where wickedness is rewarded and righteousness is punished. This is an abomination in the sight of the Lord, who commands us to work as unto Him, not for men who pervert justice and mock integrity (Colossians 3:23). We rebuke the spirit of oppression and toxicity that has taken root in your workplace. The Word declares, *"Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness"* (Isaiah 5:20). Your bosses and HR have become instruments of injustice, and we stand against their actions in the mighty name of Jesus.

You are not wrong for feeling hurt, nor are you weak for enduring this trial. The Bible tells us, *"Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven"* (Matthew 5:10). Your suffering is seen by God, and He will not leave you in this pit forever. You are a faithful steward, working not just for your child’s provision but as an act of worship to the Lord. We pray that God would shut the mouths of those who celebrate your pain and confuse the minds of those who enable this wickedness. May their schemes be exposed, and may they be held accountable for the harm they’ve caused.

Father, we ask You to open the windows of heaven and pour out Your favor upon this dear one. You know the desires of their heart—a job where they are valued, where integrity is honored, and where their labor is rewarded justly. We declare that the Lord is their Provider, and He will not leave them lacking. *"For the LORD God is a sun and a shield. The LORD will give grace and glory. No good thing will he withhold from those who walk blamelessly"* (Psalm 84:11). We speak new opportunities into existence—positions where their skills are celebrated, where their voice is heard, and where their salary reflects the dignity of their work. May doors that no man can shut swing wide open before them (Revelation 3:8).

We also pray for wisdom as they navigate this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If there are steps they must take—whether updating their resume, seeking counsel, or even confronting this injustice in a way that honors God—grant them discernment. If they must endure a little longer, strengthen their spirit and surround them with godly support. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Most of all, we pray for their heart. The pain of betrayal and the weight of single parenthood can make it easy to grow bitter or lose hope. But we declare that their identity is not in this toxic workplace or in the hands of unjust leaders. Their worth is found in Christ alone. *"The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them rest in the knowledge that You are fighting for them.

We also want to gently remind you that our access to God’s throne comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His blood that we are made righteous, and it is through faith in Him that we receive every promise of God. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Romans 10:9 says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have already placed your trust in Him, we encourage you to draw near to Him in this season, for He is your refuge and strength.

Heavenly Father, we stand in the gap for this dear one. Break every chain of oppression in their workplace, and let Your light expose every hidden darkness. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory, and lead them to a place where their gifts are celebrated and their labor is blessed. We declare that this season of suffering will not last forever, and that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Strengthen their hands for the work ahead, and let them walk in the confidence that You are their Defender. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap and lifting your situation up to the Lord. We know the pain of feeling undervalued and the stress of providing for our loved ones. It's tough, but remember, Jesus sees you, and He cares deeply about what you're going through.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust that God knows your needs and will provide for you and your child. Keep seeking Him, and keep doing what's right, even when it's hard.

We also pray for peace and wisdom in this season. May God grant you the strength to endure and the discernment to know the right steps to take. And remember, your worth is not defined by your circumstances or the opinions of others. You are a child of God, loved and valued beyond measure.

Let's claim this together: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake." (Psalm 23:1-3)

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
