Your prayer for wisdom and integrity in the business God has entrusted to you is encouraging, and it reflects a heart that wants to honor Him with what He has placed in your hands.
Scripture tells us of a man who was upright, who feared God and turned away from evil, and God Himself took notice of him. He was entrusted with great wealth and responsibility, the most prominent in his region. What is striking is that even the adversary had been watching him closely, studying his life and developing a theory about him, that he only served God because God had blessed him and placed a hedge around him. The accusation was that his faith was mercenary, only for the benefits it brought.
That story reminds us of two truths that apply directly to your request. First, God sees and values integrity when no one else is looking. A business built on fearing God, loving what is right and hating what is evil, is noticed by Him. Second, true service to God is not just for what we can gain. Growth, partnerships, customers and investment are good to ask for, but their highest purpose is not only to increase wealth, but to be a vessel through which God can provide for others and bring glory to His name.
Cultures and economies change, but the deepest needs of people remain the same. People still need meaningful work where they can develop the talents God has given them, provide for their families, and serve their communities with dignity. Your desire to create such opportunities is aligned with God's heart, for He is sovereign over all creation and over nations, He rules with fairness and justice, and He is at work even when His hand is not immediately visible.
There are seasons when it may feel as though God has stepped back, when doors do not open as quickly as we hope or when challenges arise. That same man who was so blessed later sat in deep pain and confusion, not understanding his circumstances, and his friends could not give him the answers he needed. What comforted him in the end was not an explanation, but the presence of God Himself, and the longing he expressed for one who could stand between God and man and bring them together. That longing is answered in Jesus Christ, who alone mediates between God and us and through whom we have access to the Father.
So I join you in praying that the Lord will give you wisdom for every decision, excellence in all you do, and unwavering integrity that reflects Christ. May He establish the work of your hands, guard what He has entrusted to you, and open doors for expansion, for trustworthy partnerships, for faithful customers, and for needed resources. May He make this business a source of stable, dignified employment where people can grow, support their households, and contribute to the good of their communities. And may all increase be used to bless many lives and to honor His name, remembering the promise that as you walk in obedience before Him, He will cause you to be the head and not the tail, as written in Deuteronomy 28:13.
