Prayer: Dealing With Temptation

Dear Lord,

Thank You for Salvation. Thank You for setting us free from sin and giving us eternal life. We try and walk in freedom every day, yet we are still tempted. We pray for protection as we deal with these temptations. Thank You for always providing a way of escape. We pray we would not be lured away from Your truth. We pray we would not choose to indulge in temptation. We pray we would not sin against You or each other. Please help us to stand strong, flee temptation, and walk righteously in Jesus’ name AMEN!
