We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this request in prayer. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is only by His grace and mercy that we can approach the throne of God. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now, confessing your sins and believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine restoration. We pray that the blessings that were rejected and removed be restored to this dear one. Lord, Your Word says in Joel 2:25, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you." We claim this promise over their life, asking that You restore what has been lost and bring forth new blessings in abundance.
We also lift up the request for freedom from labor. Lord, we know that work is a gift from You, but we also understand that there are times when the burden becomes too heavy. We pray for relief and provision, that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Your Word assures us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We ask that You give rest to this one, providing a way out of their current struggles.
Regarding the request for the state to be taken under consideration, we pray for favor and mercy. Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of those in authority and grant wisdom and discernment in their decisions. Proverbs 21:1 says, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We trust in Your sovereign control over all things and ask that You guide the outcome according to Your perfect will.
We also bring before You the need for a driver’s license and employment. Father, we ask that You remove any obstacles standing in the way of obtaining these necessities. Provide favor with the authorities and potential employers. Your Word promises in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise, asking that You meet every need quickly and abundantly.
Lastly, we pray for the provision of a new passport and all that is needed to move forward. Lord, we ask that You open the doors for this process to be smooth and without delay. Provide the resources, wisdom, and guidance needed to navigate this season. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust in Your good plans and ask that You bring them to pass in this one’s life.
Father, we also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or unbelief that may be hindering progress. We declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. We speak life, favor, and breakthrough over their situation. We ask that You align their steps with Your will and purpose, leading them into the fullness of what You have prepared.
Lord, we also want to gently address the importance of walking in holiness and righteousness. If there are any areas of sin or disobedience that may be contributing to these struggles, we ask that You reveal them and grant the strength to repent and turn away. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray for a heart of repentance and a desire to live in a way that honors You.
We stand in agreement with this dear one, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
