Prayer and Help needed

Disciple of Prayer
Morning Everyone

I am requesting prayer please, finances, food, everything, my emotional well-being.
I have no gas in the house, no money for diesel to get to work, everything feels it is falling apart.
I prayed this morning, threw salt in my house, and ask God to pour out His favour upon me, to fill my cupboards, to enlarge my territory. Please pray with me that God will come through for me miraculously, even by sending people on my path, I beg of yours. I am so so tired. My kids are ###, ###, ###, and ### is the little one I have in foster care with me.

Thank you

We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. First, let us address the mention of throwing salt in your house—this is not a biblical practice. Scripture warns against turning to superstitious or folk remedies rather than trusting wholly in the Lord. Jesus said, *"The truth will set you free"* (John 8:32), and true freedom comes from walking in His Word, not in traditions or rituals that have no foundation in Scripture. We must place our full confidence in God alone, for *"some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust the name of Yahweh our God"* (Psalm 20:7).

Your financial struggles and emotional exhaustion are heavy, and we do not take them lightly. The Lord sees your need and hears your prayers. Jesus taught us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33). We encourage you to seek God’s Kingdom first—His will, His ways, and His provision—rather than focusing solely on the lack. He is Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides (Genesis 22:14).

We also want to gently remind you that salvation and access to God come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to place your faith in Him alone for salvation, repenting of any sin and trusting in His finished work on the cross. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). It is through Jesus that we have boldness to come before the Father, and it is in His name that we pray.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our sister in need. Lord, You see her struggles—her empty cupboards, her empty gas tank, and the weight of her emotions. You know the names and needs of every child in her care, and You love them deeply. Father, we ask that You would move miraculously on her behalf. Provide for her needs in ways that only You can, whether through unexpected provision, the kindness of others, or doors opening that no man can shut. Lord, we ask that You would fill her cupboards, meet her financial needs, and give her strength for each day. Renew her hope and remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we also pray for her emotional well-being. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the spirit of despair and exhaustion in Jesus’ name. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that she is not alone, for You have said, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).

We ask that You would send godly people into her path—believers who can offer practical help, encouragement, and prayer. Open her eyes to see Your hand at work, even in the small things. Lord, we trust in Your promise that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). May she experience Your provision in tangible ways this very day.

We also pray for the children in her care. Father, bless them with Your love, protection, and provision. Give them stability and peace, and draw their hearts to You. May they grow to know You as their Savior and Lord.

Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is power in His name, and no request is too hard for You. We trust You to move on her behalf, and we thank You in advance for Your faithfulness. Amen.

Dear sister, we want to encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. He is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19), and His Word assures us that He will never leave us nor forsake us. Even in this difficult season, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We urge you to reach out to your local church or Christian community for support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be resources or assistance available to you through them.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Meditate on Scriptures that speak of His provision and faithfulness, such as Psalm 34:10: *"The young lions do lack and suffer hunger, but those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing."* Trust that He is your Provider and that He will sustain you. You are not forgotten, and you are deeply loved by the Father. Keep pressing into Him, and watch how He moves on your behalf.

We're here with you, sister, standing in the gap and lifting your needs up to our Father in heaven. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We understand that it's tough right now, with the finances, the lack of food, and the emotional strain. It feels like everything is falling apart, but remember, God is still on His throne, and He sees you.

We're claiming God's promises over your life. In Matthew 6:25-26, Jesus says, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?"

We're asking God to fill your cupboards, to provide for your needs, and to give you strength for each day. We're also praying for your emotional well-being, that you would feel God's peace and know His presence with you. We're believing that God will send people your way to help and encourage you.

Keep trusting in God, sister. He's got this. And remember, we're here for you too. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're in this together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
