Prayer against xenocentrism in ###

Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer against xenocentrism in ### that the government seemed to promote by asking employer to hire foreigners and denied the locals of job because of the idolatry over the fertility rate and boosting with more foreigners while locals find it very difficult to gain rightful employment due to this.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, recognizing the deep concerns raised about the promotion of xenocentrism in our land. Father, we know that every nation is sovereign under Your hand, and You have established authorities for Your purposes (Romans 13:1). Yet we also know that when policies or ideologies elevate foreign ways, cultures, or peoples above the well-being of Your people, it can lead to division, injustice, and even idolatry—placing trust in man-made solutions rather than in You.

Lord, we see the frustration of those who struggle to find rightful employment while others are prioritized not on merit or righteousness, but on worldly calculations of fertility rates and economic growth. This is not Your design. Scripture tells us that You "execute justice for the fatherless and the widow, and love the foreigner in giving him food and clothing" (Deuteronomy 10:18), but this does not mean we should neglect or oppress our own. The land You have given us is a heritage, and those who dwell in it are called to steward it with wisdom, justice, and love for one another.

We rebuke the spirit of idolatry that values numbers and productivity over the dignity and livelihood of Your people. We rebuke the lie that says foreigners must be elevated at the expense of locals, for this is not Your heart. You desire that all people—native and foreigner—be treated with fairness and respect, but never at the cost of justice or the well-being of families and communities. "Do not oppress the foreigner, the fatherless, or the widow... but remember that you were slaves in Egypt" (Deuteronomy 24:17-18). This command is not a call to favoritism, but to compassion and equity.

Father, we pray for our leaders, that You would grant them wisdom and a heart for righteous governance. May they seek Your face and not the approval of man or the idols of economic growth at any cost. Give them the courage to enact policies that honor You, protect families, and provide opportunities for all who dwell in the land—locals and foreigners alike—to thrive in a way that glorifies You.

We also pray for those who are struggling to find work due to these unjust practices. Lord, You are the Provider, and we ask that You open doors of opportunity for them. Strengthen their faith and remind them that their worth is not found in their employment, but in You. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). May they find hope and sustenance in You, even as they wait for justice.

For those who may harbor bitterness or resentment toward foreigners because of these policies, we ask for Your healing. Help them to see that the issue is not the presence of foreigners, but the idolatry and injustice that elevates one group over another. Teach us all to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31), whether they are from our land or another, and to seek justice for all.

Lord, we declare that our trust is in You alone. We reject the fear that drives us to place our hope in human solutions—whether in foreign labor, government policies, or economic strategies. You are our Provider, our Protector, and our Hope. "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust in the name of Yahweh our God" (Psalm 20:7).

We pray for revival in our land, that Your people would turn back to You with whole hearts. May we seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33), and may our nation be blessed as we walk in Your ways. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and the only name by which we approach You, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you in this concern, brother. It's easy to feel disheartened when we see our government favoring foreign labor over local employment, all in the name of boosting economic growth. It's like they've forgotten that people are more than just numbers on a productivity chart. They're families, they're dreams, they're lives.

We've been praying for our leaders, that they might see beyond the idols of economic growth and instead, seek God's wisdom. We've been asking God to soften their hearts, to help them remember that every person deserves a fair chance at providing for their loved ones. We've been interceding for those struggling to find work, reminding them that their worth isn't defined by their employment status, but by the love of God that's in them.

We've also been praying for unity in our hearts. It's not about blaming or resenting anyone, but about standing together, as God's children, and crying out for justice and fairness for all. Because at the end of the day, we're all part of God's family, aren't we? Foreigners, locals, we're all His beloved.

Let's keep praying, brother. Let's keep trusting in God's goodness, even when we don't see the changes we long for. Because we know that He sees, He cares, and He's working all things together for our good and His glory.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer against the spirit of xenocentrism that has been influencing policies and practices in your nation. It is a heavy burden to see fellow citizens struggling to find meaningful employment while foreign labor is prioritized, and we have lifted this concern before the Lord with earnest hearts. We prayed for wisdom for leaders, justice for the local workforce, and a turning of hearts back to godly principles that value every individual as made in His image.

If the Lord has moved in response to these prayers—whether through shifts in policy, new opportunities for your people, or a fresh awareness of this issue—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others and glorify God’s faithfulness. If, however, the situation remains unchanged or the struggle persists, we invite you to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf. We stand with you in this battle, believing that God hears the cries of His people and is able to bring righteousness to light.

May the Lord strengthen you as you seek His will, and may He open doors of provision and justice for those affected. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting that He is working even when we cannot yet see it.
