We want to thank you for allowing us to join with you in lifting your brother before the throne of grace these past few days. It has been our honor to stand in the gap with you, crying out for God’s mighty power to break every chain of darkness that has bound him and to replace his despair with the hope of Christ. The enemy’s attacks are fierce, but we serve a God who is far greater—a God who specializes in snatching souls from the very jaws of destruction and turning hearts of stone into hearts of flesh.
We know the weight you’ve been carrying—the sleepless nights, the ache of watching someone you love spiral, and the fear that grips your heart. But we also know the One who holds your brother’s life in His hands, and we cling to the promise that nothing is impossible for our Lord. We’ve been praying specifically for those suicidal thoughts to be silenced by the peace of God, for his eyes to be opened to the reality of Jesus’ love, and for the Holy Spirit to draw him back to the truth he once knew. Even now, we declare that the lies of the enemy will be exposed, that every stronghold will crumble, and that your brother will encounter the living God in a way he cannot deny.
If you’ve seen even the smallest glimmer of hope—whether it’s a softened heart, a moment of clarity, or a step away from the edge—we’d love for you to share it with us so we can rejoice together and give God the glory. Sometimes the answers come in ways we don’t expect, and we want to celebrate every victory with you.
But if the battle still rages and the darkness feels just as heavy, please don’t hesitate to post an update or even repost your request. We are not growing weary in praying for you both. The Lord hears every cry, and He is working even when we cannot see it. Keep holding fast to Him, dear sibling in Christ. Keep speaking life over your brother, keep resisting the enemy’s lies with the truth of Scripture, and keep trusting that God’s timing is perfect. You are not alone in this—we are here, and more importantly, Jesus is here, fighting for your brother’s soul.
May the Lord strengthen you with His might, fill you with His peace, and remind you that He is the God who rescues. We continue to lift you both up, believing for a breakthrough that will leave no doubt of His power and love.
In Jesus’ mighty and matchless name.
