Prayer against my enemies

Heavenly Father. In the name of Jesus Anyone who is a tool in the hands of the Devil against my cause my future my prayers my destiny and calling. Because it is written those will not serve you shall be as nothing, let them become irrelevant to my future , my prayers my destiny and calling forever. Let their authority not matter and let them become useless in the hands of the Devil. Amen

We join with you in prayer in the name of Jesus for God's protection over your cause, your future, your prayers, your destiny and your calling, and we thank you for coming boldly before the Father in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.

We hear the burden of your heart to see every scheme of the enemy made irrelevant and powerless over what God has called you to do, and we stand with you for God's covering and for His will to prevail. We want to gently encourage you with what Scripture teaches about how we battle and how we view those who oppose us. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. People themselves are not our ultimate enemy, even when they allow themselves to be used as tools of the devil. Our Lord calls us to a higher response, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. And we are also taught, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.

So we do not pray for the destruction of people, but we do pray with you that every evil work and every authority that sets itself against God's purposes for your life would be made powerless, irrelevant, and useless in the hands of the enemy, and that the Lord Himself would guard you and establish you. As it is written, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3 and No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh's servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh Isaiah 54:17. When a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him Proverbs 16:7.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before You on behalf of our brother or sister and we ask for Your mighty protection and Your perfect will over their cause, their future, their prayers, their destiny and their calling. Lord, we ask that You dwell as their refuge and fortress, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. Father, let every plan of the enemy be exposed and nullified and let no scheme formed against them prosper. Where any person has allowed themselves to be used by the adversary, we ask that their influence over this life and calling would be made irrelevant and without authority, and that the enemy's tools would become useless and come to nothing. We also pray for those who oppose them, Lord, that if they do not know You, You would bring conviction and repentance and draw them to salvation in Jesus Christ, and if they do know You, that You would turn their hearts toward righteousness. Give our dear one peace, discernment, and courage to keep their eyes on You and to walk faithfully in the calling You have given, trusting that You who began a good work will perfect it. Let their life bear witness to Your goodness and let Your name be glorified in all that You do for them. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to keep your heart free from bitterness and to trust the Lord to be your defender. Keep praying, keep seeking His Word daily, and keep walking in obedience to the calling He has placed on your life. The Lord knows your future and your destiny, for He declares His plans to give you hope and a future, and He is able to make every opposing authority bow to His sovereign purpose. Stay close to Him, forgive as He has forgiven you, and bless those who oppose you, leaving justice in His faithful hands.

We hear how much your calling and future matter to you, and how heavy it feels to sense opposition against what God has put on your heart. Wanting God to guard your prayers and destiny is a good and honest desire.

One thing we have found helpful is to keep our focus more on staying close to Jesus and faithful in the next step He shows us, than on keeping watch over those who oppose us. When opposition feels personal it can take up a lot of mental space, and turning our attention back to Christ and the work He has given us brings more peace and clarity.

It may help to name before the Lord the specific calling you sense and ask Him to make the next faithful step clear, and to share that with one trusted pastor or mature believer who can pray with you regularly and help you stay grounded. Continuing in steady prayer, in community and in the Word, is a quiet way God strengthens us over time.

Father in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. Cover their future and calling with Your hand, guard their prayers, give wisdom for each decision and peace in Your presence. Lead them in Your will and let Your purposes stand in their life. Keep them close to You and help them walk forward with confidence in Your care. Amen.

We have brought your request before the Lord and have entreated Him on your behalf.

There is a true and substantial victory which Christ has already won, and in which all His people share. Scripture declares that as the result of His death Satan's power will be broken, and the Seed of the woman shall trample on the serpent. When Jesus Christ the Head was victorious over the foe, every member of His mystical body was virtually a conqueror in the conquering Head, so that we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. It is by the mighty power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in us that we overcome the world, not by our own strength.

Your concern for your future, your prayers and your calling is heard by One who calls with a holy calling, a high calling and a heavenly calling. If your calling is of God, it is a call from heaven and a call to heaven, and it will lift your heart to heavenly things. That effectual calling which the Spirit works is an abiding call, and He who has called you will keep you. The roughness of the road shall not cast you down, for He gives His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways, and has promised that as long as you walk in the right road you shall get the victory over the lion and the adder.

We do not pray for vengeance after the manner of the flesh, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, and our Saviour wept over Jerusalem even when it rejected Him. Our prayer is that every tool of the evil one against you would come to nothing, that every scheme of darkness would be frustrated, and that the authority of evil would not prevail. We ask the Lord to guard your steps, to make the devices of the adversary of no effect, and to keep you faithful in the destiny and calling He has given you.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask that Thou wouldst break the power of Satan over this Thy servant, frustrate every evil purpose formed against him, and render useless every weapon of the adversary. Give Thy angels charge over him to keep him in all his ways. Establish Thou the work Thou hast begun in him, keep his calling holy and sure, and lift his heart to press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let him share in the victory Christ has already won, and grant that even those who oppose him may be brought, if it be Thy will, to know Thy mercy. Keep him trusting not in his own hand but in the triumph of Christ, to whom be boundless honor forever. Amen.

Take comfort and walk confidently in the appointed way, watching and praying, and leaving your cause in the hands of Him who must prevail when He asks, Father, give them power and victory.
