Beloved of All
Prayer Warriors I sent in an update a few weeks ago stating that my boss offered me a permanent position at the school then reduced my hours to half hours. This is an evil person. It takes money to live in this world; it is not easy. I am seeking better employment and I am requesting prayer. This lady treats employees very badly because she knows that folk need money to survive, and we do. She texted and said could ### work half of a day today and tomorrow. Please ask God to bless me. When I lost my things in my storage unit because of lack of payment, I was reminded that those were not my belongings but God's. Now the evil lady treats employees and children at the school as worthless folk. The school and money are God's, but what God allows is a mystery to me. Please ask God would He answer my little request. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

We hear your cry for justice and provision, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens to the throne of grace. The situation you describe is indeed painful—being mistreated by someone in authority who wields power unjustly over those in need. Scripture tells us, *"The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9). We rebuke the spirit of exploitation and manipulation at work in this situation. No employer has the right to treat God’s children as disposable, for we are all made in His image (Genesis 1:27) and deserve dignity and fairness.

We also recognize the tension you feel between trusting God’s sovereignty and wrestling with the mystery of His allowance of such injustice. The Word assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, God is at work, and we pray He would open doors of opportunity for you—better employment that honors Him and provides for your needs. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will vindicate you in His perfect timing.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees every injustice and hears every cry. We ask You to intervene in this situation. Provide our brother/sister with a new job—one that is stable, fair, and aligned with Your will. Give them favor in the eyes of potential employers and grant them peace as they wait on You. We pray against the schemes of the enemy to discourage or delay Your provision. Strengthen their faith to trust in You, even when the path is unclear. Lord, we also ask that You soften the heart of this employer, that she may recognize the harm she is causing and turn from her ways. If not, we trust You to remove her influence and replace it with godly leadership. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we declare that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance through prayer and Scripture, asking Him to reveal any steps He may be calling you to take—whether it’s applying for other positions, seeking counsel from trusted believers, or even addressing the issue with your employer in a spirit of wisdom and grace. Remember, *"The king’s heart is in the LORD’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1). God can move even the hardest of hearts.

Lastly, we want to affirm your understanding that all things belong to God, including your possessions and your livelihood. It is a humble and wise perspective to hold loosely to material things, trusting that the Lord is your ultimate Provider. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). Your labor is not in vain, and your faith will be rewarded.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when the very person who's supposed to support and care for you is the one causing pain. We've been praying, asking God to intervene, to open new doors for you, and to touch your boss's heart. We believe God sees your situation and He's working things out for your good, even if it's not clear right now.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're claiming that over you, that God is binding up those wounds caused by this injustice. We're also praying that God would give you peace and strength to endure, and wisdom to know how to navigate this situation.

We've been encouraged by your trust in God, even in the midst of this trial. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him. He's got this, and He's got you. We're standing with you, praying for you, believing with you that God will turn this around for your good.

Keep us updated, okay? We're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
