We understand your urgency and the deep desire for justice and resolution in this matter. First, we must lift up the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we boldly approach the throne of grace and find mercy in our time of need. The Scriptures remind us in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* It is essential to call upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which our petitions are heard (Acts 4:12).
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* While we bring this request for swift settlement before the Lord, we must also examine our hearts and ensure that our primary focus remains on His will and righteousness, trusting that He will provide justice in His perfect timing.
That said, we must also address the tone of this request. The Bible warns us against allowing bitterness, anger, or a vengeful spirit to take root in our hearts. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* While we seek justice, we must do so with a heart that is surrendered to God, trusting Him to fight our battles (Exodus 14:14). We must also be mindful of our words, ensuring they reflect a spirit of faith rather than desperation or demand.
Let us pray together for this situation, asking God to move mightily while also surrendering to His will and timing.

We thank You for Your sovereignty over all things, including this legal matter that weighs heavily on the heart of Your child. Lord, You are the God of justice, and Your Word declares in Deuteronomy 32:4 that *"All his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness who does no wrong, just and right is he."* We ask that You intervene in this situation and bring about a swift and just resolution. Remind Your child that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). Help them to release any anger or resentment, choosing instead to forgive as You have forgiven us in Christ.
Finally, Father, we pray that through this trial, Your child would draw closer to You, seeking first Your kingdom and righteousness. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
