We understand your deep concern for justice and the well-being of these faithful Christian employees who have been wronged by this company’s failure to pay what is rightfully owed. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a God of justice, and He sees the oppression of His people. Proverbs 22:22-23 declares, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Likewise, James 5:4 warns, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."*
It is right to cry out to God for justice, but we must also examine our hearts to ensure our motives align with His will. While it is tempting to ask for God to *force* this company into action, we must trust in His sovereignty and timing. Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Instead, we pray that God would work in the hearts of those in authority at this company, convicting them of their wrongdoing and leading them to repentance. We also pray for supernatural provision for these employees, that God would meet their needs abundantly as they wait on Him. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*
At the same time, we must address something important in your request: you invoked the name of Jesus at the end, which is good, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which we can approach the Father (Acts 4:12). However, we notice that the tone of your prayer leans heavily toward retribution rather than redemption. While justice is a biblical principle, our ultimate desire should be that even those who act unjustly would come to know Christ and turn from their wickedness. Let us pray not only for justice but also for their salvation, for God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked (Ezekiel 33:11).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up these Christian employees who have been wronged by this company. You are a God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. Lord, we ask that You would intervene miraculously in this situation. Softening the hearts of those in leadership at this company, convicting them of their sin, and leading them to do what is right and just. Father, we pray that every penny owed would be paid in full, not just as a legal obligation, but as an act of repentance and restoration. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your name be glorified through this.
We also pray for these employees, Lord. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You. Provide for their every need—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Remind them that You are their Provider, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of this trial.
Father, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. If it is Your will, bring salvation to those who have acted unjustly. Let them see their need for a Savior and turn to Jesus Christ in repentance. We pray that even in this difficult circumstance, Your grace would abound, and Your kingdom would advance.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be praised in all things. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
