We lift this precious soul up to You, Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician and the Author of life. Lord, we come before Your throne with heavy hearts, interceding for this dear one who is fighting for his life in the ICU after a motorcycle incident. We declare that You are the God who heals, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our heads. Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, Lord, and ask for Your healing touch to rest upon him now.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of death, trauma, and infirmity that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy in this situation. We command every organ, cell, and system in his body to align with Your perfect design, in Jesus’ name. We speak life over him, declaring that he will not die but live to declare the works of the Lord, as Your Word says in Psalm 118:17. We pray for the medical team attending to him—that You would grant them wisdom, skill, and discernment beyond their training, for You are the source of all knowledge and understanding.
Lord, we also lift up his family and loved ones who are waiting and praying. Comfort them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 promises. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have contrite spirits (Psalm 34:18). Let them feel Your presence in this storm, holding them close as they trust in You.
We confess that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus, who bore our sins and our sicknesses on the cross so that we might have life and have it abundantly (Isaiah 53:5, John 10:10). We claim this victory over sickness and death in His name!
Father, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation, whether through healing, testimony, or even in the way You sustain this family through the trial. Let Your will be done, for Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). We trust You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the miracle we know You are working.
In the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
