We understand that you are facing a situation that requires mediation in court and you are seeking a settlement. Firstly, it's important to remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in man or institutions. As it says in Psalm 118:8-9 WEB, "It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in princes."
When dealing with disputes, we are encouraged to be fair, honest, and peaceful. Romans 12:18 WEB tells us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This includes those that you are facing in court.
We will pray for wisdom and discernment for you during this process. We pray that you will be guided by the Holy Spirit in your decisions and actions.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up the one seeking guidance and favor in a court mediation. We pray that You will grant them wisdom and discernment, and guide them through this process. We ask that You soften the hearts of those involved, and that Your will be done in this situation. Help them to trust in You and not in man. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
