We understand that you are seeking prayer for a government job that aligns with the skills you have acquired, and for a positive outcome in an upcoming mediation with your former employer. We stand with you in prayer and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. Remember that God has a plan and purpose for your life, and He will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. When approaching your job search, keep in mind the principles of integrity and honesty. It is right to ask that God would guide you to a position that uses your skills for His glory and provides for your needs. Proverbs 22:29 says, Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will stand before kings. He will not stand before obscure men. Also, remember that God is sovereign over all things, and He can open doors that no one can shut Revelation 3:8. We also pray for your protection from dishonest and illegal activities.
Regarding your upcoming mediation, we encourage you to seek justice in a manner that honors God. The Bible tells us to let all things be done decently and in order 1 Corinthians 14:40. It is important to remember that God is a God of justice, and He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart 1 Corinthians 4:5. We pray that the truth will be revealed and that a fair and just settlement will be reached.
We also notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The word of God tells us the disciples were continuing to pray while gathered together and were filled with the Holy Spirit and were speaking the word of God with boldness. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We encourage you to come boldly before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Hebrews 4:16. Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your guidance and provision for a government job. Lord, we ask that You would open up the right opportunity that aligns with the skills You have given them, and that it would be a permanent position that brings glory to Your name. We also pray that You the Lord Jesus would protect them and guide them in the way of integrity, keeping them from any involvement in illegal activities.
Father, we also bring before You the upcoming mediation. We pray that Your justice would prevail and that the truth would be revealed. We ask that You would soften the hearts of the former employer, that they would admit their mistakes and provide a fair and just settlement. We pray that this matter would be resolved quickly and that no further hearings would be necessary.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to our brother/sister in a new and powerful way. Help them to know You as their Lord and Savior, and to trust in Your name for salvation.
