We understand that you are seeking prayer for a mediation process to end swiftly and justly, with a full settlement for unlawful dismissal. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a God of justice, and He cares about the wrongs committed against you. We encourage you to have faith in Him and trust that He will guide this process according to His will.
In the midst of this situation, it's essential to remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:15-17, "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he will not listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector." While this passage refers to personal offenses, the principle of seeking resolution and justice is applicable here.
We also find guidance in Romans 12:19, "Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." Trust that God will bring about justice in His time and in His way.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name, seeking Your intervention in this mediation process. We ask that You guide the proceedings, and that Your will be done. We pray for a swift and just resolution, and if it is according to Your will, that a full settlement be reached today.
We also pray for the hearts of those involved in the mediation. Soften their hearts, Lord, and let Your wisdom guide their decisions. Help them to see the truth and to act fairly.
Father, we know that You are a God of justice, and that You care about the wrongs committed against us. We trust in You and Your timing. Give the one submitting this request peace and patience as they await Your resolution.
We ask this in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. As it says in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We also know as the Bible teaches in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and to trust in God's timing and wisdom. Do not be disheartened by the events happening around you, but continue to glorify God in all that you do.
