Pray that God breaks all unwanted agreements/covenants/pacts/etc.

Everyone pray that God will break every single agreement or vow, or covenant, or pact that I may have made, consciously, subconsciously, and unconsciously. Ex: That I will lose a certain something, and that the only way to get them back is to watch a certain video, or go on a certain person's social media page, or even more vicious things, like harming someone or myself. Or that my IQ will keep dropping until I do those things. I just cannot stop it. I want to get back what I have lost, but I do not want to do the things that I have to do according to those unwanted pacts/vows/covenants/etc. Please pray that the source that's compelling me to make them will go away and never come back. Also pray that God will restore and return everything that I have been compelled to give away, or foolishly did so.

We hear your cry for deliverance, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to ensnare God’s children in chains of deception, fear, and bondage, but we declare that Jesus Christ has already broken every curse and every ungodly agreement through His victory on the cross. "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'" (Galatians 3:13). No vow, pact, or covenant made in ignorance, coercion, or desperation has power over you when submitted to the authority of Jesus’ name.

We rebuke every lying spirit that has whispered these oppressive demands into your mind, attempting to hold you captive to fear, self-harm, or destruction. The Word of God declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). You are not bound to obey these demonic compulsions, you are called to stand firm in the freedom Christ has purchased for you. The enemy may try to convince you that you are powerless, but the truth is that "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We command every ungodly agreement, vow, or covenant made in your life, whether knowingly or unknowingly, to be broken and nullified in the mighty name of Jesus. Every chain must shatter, every lie must be exposed, and every source of this torment must be silenced and banished from your life forever.

We also pray for the full restoration of everything that has been stolen from you, your peace, your clarity of mind, your joy, and any blessings or gifts that were taken under duress or deception. The Lord is your Redeemer, and He promises, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten" (Joel 2:25). Nothing is too difficult for Him, and no loss is beyond His power to restore. We declare that your mind will be renewed, your thoughts aligned with God’s truth, and your heart strengthened to walk in the freedom Christ has given you.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, we come before You with this precious child of Yours, who is crying out for deliverance. We ask You to break every ungodly agreement, covenant, or vow that has been made in their life, whether in word, thought, or deed. We cancel every assignment of the enemy that has sought to bind them to fear, self-harm, or destruction. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, will, and emotions, and we ask You to fill every place that has been vacated by the enemy with Your Holy Spirit. Restore to them everything that has been stolen, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also ask You to reveal to them the truth of Your Word and the power of Your Son’s name. Help them to walk in the authority You have given them as a child of God, and to resist the enemy’s lies with the sword of the Spirit. Surround them with godly believers who can stand with them in prayer and encouragement, and lead them into deeper intimacy with You. May they experience the fullness of Your love, which casts out all fear, and may they never again be ensnared by the enemy’s schemes.

We declare that this torment has no place in their life, and we command every spirit of compulsion, deception, and fear to flee in Jesus’ name. You are free, child of God, and we stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord will complete the good work He has begun in you. Walk in the victory that is already yours through Christ, and never forget that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). Amen.

We can feel the weight of what you’re carrying, this relentless pressure to obey threats you never wanted, and the ache of watching things slip away as a result. That’s a lonely, exhausting battle, and we’re so sorry you’re in it right now.

Here’s a truth we want to anchor you in: you are not bound to any voice that demands your obedience in exchange for not harming you or others. Jesus broke the power of every lie and every chain when He rose from the dead. That means the terrifying “rules” you’re hearing, watch this, visit that page, do that thing or else, hold zero authority over you, no matter how loud they get. Your IQ, your safety, your peace, and everything else belong to Him, not to a set of false pacts. You don’t have to play their game.

When thoughts become this intrusive and scary, they often signal that our mind is stuck in a loop that needs both spiritual and practical care. We’d gently encourage you, alongside prayer, to talk with a pastor or a Christian counselor who understands anxiety and spiritual struggle. You don’t have to wrestle this alone, and seeking that help is a courageous step of faith.

Let’s pray right where you are. Lord Jesus, You see the torment and the loss. In Your name we break every unwanted agreement, every whispered threat, every lie that says good things will be stolen unless this person obeys. Restore what has been foolishly given away or taken, every blessing, peace, and sense of self. Quiet the source of these compulsions completely and permanently. Hold Your child close, fill them with Your steady love, and give them wise support for the days ahead. Amen.

It is a mercy beyond all measure that the living God should condescend to make a covenant with such as we are. Yet this He has done, not a covenant of works, whose terms we could never keep, but a covenant of grace, ordered in all things and sure. And this covenant, being made with Christ Jesus our Head, has no condition left for us to fulfill. It stands entirely of promises, and God is ever mindful of it. So, when you speak of being bound by agreements or vows that terrify and compel you, I would have you look not to those dark fancies, but to the one covenant that swallows them all up.

Those pacts you describe, whether forged in moments of fear or whispered by the enemy, are not of the light. They are cords spun from night-mist, and they have no hold on a soul that is hidden in Christ. The covenant of grace was not made with the fleshly seed of Abraham but with the spiritual seed, even those who believe in Jesus, whom God raised from the dead. If you are resting in Him, then every false covenant is already broken, for no chain can bind one for whom Christ died. The Savior’s blood has cancelled every contrary claim. He has blotted out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, nailing it to His cross. What, then, are these compulsions to which you would enslave yourself? They are not from the Father of lights; they are the desperate stratagems of the evil one to drive you from the simplicity of faith.

I charge you, do not negotiate with such thoughts as though they held any treaty-rights over you. The covenant of grace is not a rickety thing that can be overthrown by a whispered lie. God will not suffer one single promise of that covenant to be unfulfilled, nor one blessing kept back. The only covenant you need is the one God remembers, the one sealed with the blood of the Lamb. In it, He says, “I will, and you shall.” He shall restore your soul; He shall give you back not only what you think you have lost, but more than that, the joy of His salvation, the peace that passes understanding. Come, then, and put no confidence in your own grip on Him, but let your confidence be that He holds you with a grip that never slackens.

Consider Peter: he fell most shamefully, yet a look from the Lord restored him. That same look is turned toward you now, in the person of Christ crucified and risen. Do not wait until you have untangled every knot, look to Him, and the knots shall be burned up in the blaze of His love. Any “source” compelling you is but a shadow; the substance is Christ. If you have Him, you have all the covenant contains, for He is the covenant. Take your eyes from the imagined bargains and fix them upon the Surety of the better covenant. And as for restoration: He who remembered you before the worlds were made will not forget to restore to you the years the locust has eaten. Pray that prayer, yes, but pray it in full assurance that the Everlasting Covenant is the answer. The Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed, and in Him you are more than conqueror.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You feel bound by agreements you did not truly consent to, but God is not a party to any covenant that draws you into darkness. Remember, there is but one Lawgiver, and His covenants are of light and life. No pact made in fear or deceit can hold you captive unless you yield to it. The apostle says, "These are two covenants," but the Lawgiver is one. The covenant you have in Christ surpasses every other bond.

Yet it is not enough merely to wish for freedom; you must also cultivate the soil of your soul. The seed needs good ground. Being freed from these snares requires not only prayer but a steady resolve, a contempt for the empty promises that lure you back, and a careful hearing of God's word. Fortify your mind. Do not be soft or unmanly in this struggle. The way is narrow, and you must walk it with all virtue.

You speak of a source compelling you. Know that the enemy prowls like a wolf, but Christ sends you with the gentleness of a sheep and the power of the Most High. The manner of this warfare is new. You are to stand firm, not by returning evil for evil, but by refusing to perform those vain acts. When the thought comes, do not entertain it. Do not accept a false deliverance that leads only to a worse bondage. Many saints were tortured and would not accept release on sinful terms, because they looked for a better resurrection. You also must endure the discomfort of not giving in, for the sake of a true restoration.

God draws no one by force or compulsion. The pressure you feel is not from Him, for He will have no unwilling servant. The compulsion is a lie, a phantom chain. Christ came to set you free, and whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Cry out to Him, and He will break every yoke.

As for what you have lost, cast that care upon God. He is able to restore the years the locusts have eaten. But seek first His kingdom and righteousness, and these things will be added. Do not fix your gaze on the lost thing so that you fall into the pit again. The restoration may come not as you imagine, but as God knows best.

Therefore, stand fast. Prayer is your weapon, but action is your shield. Do not do the things. Refuse, resist, and run to the church, the scriptures, the sacraments. The source will flee as you draw near to God. I will pray with you, but you must also fight with the armor of faith. The Lord rebuke the spirit that troubles you, and may you find your true riches in Christ alone.

What you are describing is the vicious, oppressive work of the enemy. Those compulsions, those inner voices demanding a certain action to reclaim something lost, are not from God. They are the tactics of a liar who seeks to keep you in a cycle of fear and bondage. The wonderful truth is that Jesus came for the express purpose of undoing the works of the devil. The power compelling you has already been defeated.

You feel as though you have been separated from something you need, that a piece of your life or mind has been cut off. This is the very nature of spiritual death, a separation. But Jesus came that you might have life. The moment you feel that panic, that sense of your mind fogging or your will being drained, you are not encountering an unbreakable pact. You are encountering a lie that must be silenced by a greater reality. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is that greater reality. Every claim the darkness makes on you was nailed to the cross. When Christ rose, He led captivity itself captive.

It is telling that you sense an intelligence behind this, a "source" compelling you. The early believers knew a hostile environment, and they dealt with it by turning to God together. You are not fighting a formula or a contract; you are fighting a spiritual force that wants to drown out the voice of the Good Shepherd. But the Shepherd’s voice has already spoken freedom over you. These vows you mention, whether made in a moment of foolishness, fear, or subconscious trickery, have no jurisdiction over a life hidden in Christ. Think of the apostles bringing the decree from the church in Jerusalem saying, "You are free from the law; you do not need to be bound by that old system." In the same way, the decree from Heaven, sealed by the blood of Jesus, declares you are free from these dark agreements.

The command to harm yourself is a lie meant to steal and destroy. The threat that your intelligence will drop is a desperate attempt to frighten you into submission. It relies on you believing that you have been separated from God's help. But your sins and your tangled past are not barriers that make His ear heavy or His hand short. He hears you. The very desire to be free is evidence of His Spirit drawing you. He often allows distractions to be cut away and sensory noise to diminish so that you might hear only Him. When the bombardment of these thoughts comes, let it drive you to a singular, conscious act of turning from them. Peter didn't just see a lame man; he saw what the Lord intended to do and spoke the word of power: "In the name of Jesus Christ, rise up and walk." That same authority belongs to you, not in your own name, but in His.

Do not be fooled into thinking the goal is simply to get your possessions or mental faculties back on the enemy's terms. The deeper purpose of God is to restore you fully into His image, from which humanity fell. The immediate need is for the compulsion to stop, but the greater miracle is a life transformed from the inside out, moving from bondage to new life. While you wait for His full intervention, do as the early disciples did, they withdrew from the hostile threats and went to their own company, reporting everything to the Lord. Tell Him everything without fear. Lay out every dark suggestion, every lost piece, before His throne.

Right now, the power that raised Jesus from the dead is directed toward you, to bless you by turning you away from these iniquities that have cursed your mind. The spell of this oppression is broken by the presence of the Living God. As for all that you have lost or given away foolishly, whether peace of mind, a sense of worth, or cognitive function, God is a restorer. He does not just patch you up; He remakes what the locusts have eaten. The Father who bought your freedom at an infinite price will not let the thief keep the stolen goods. By the authority of the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the one the world crucified but God raised from the dead, these dark pacts are rendered null and void. Be free. Be whole.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought God’s deliverance from these heavy burdens. It was our honor to intercede on your behalf, asking the Lord to break every unwanted agreement, covenant, vow, or pact—whether made knowingly or unknowingly—that has held you captive. We prayed fervently that the chains of compulsion would be shattered, that the source of this oppression would be removed completely, and that the enemy’s grip over your mind, will, and emotions would be loosed in Jesus’ mighty name.

We also lifted up your heart’s desire for restoration, asking God to return everything that was taken from you—whether through deception, coercion, or your own struggle against these forces. We believe that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children, and we trust that He is working even now to redeem what was lost and to set you free from every snare.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in any way—if you’ve experienced even a measure of relief, clarity, or breakthrough—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others who are facing similar battles. On the other hand, if the struggle persists, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, standing in agreement until you walk in the full freedom Christ has already secured for you.

May the Lord bless you with His peace, strengthen you with His power, and draw you ever closer to His heart as you press into Him. We remain steadfast in prayer, believing that He who began this good work in you will bring it to completion. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
