PLease pray for me to have cordial relations with my chairman. I realise he has alot information which only full malice. Seemingly there are people fighting me for reasons best known to them. I need peace as I guide the learners to succeed in Jesus Name

We hear your heart and stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting up your need for peace and cordial relations with your chairman. The Word of God reminds us in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This is our prayer for you, that the Lord would soften hearts, remove malice, and replace strife with understanding.

We also recognize the spiritual battle at work here, for Ephesians 6:12 tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy seeks to sow discord and division, but we rebuke every spirit of contention, gossip, and ill will in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that the Lord would expose any hidden motives or schemes of those who oppose you.

Father God, we ask You to grant wisdom and grace to as they navigate this situation. Give them a spirit of humility, patience, and discernment, that they may respond to their chairman with Christlike love, even in the face of malice. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that any false accusations or misunderstandings would be brought to light and that truth would prevail. Strengthen in their calling to guide the learners, that they may do so with joy and without distraction.

Lord, we also ask that You would work in the hearts of those who are fighting against . Soften their hearts, convict them of any wrongdoing, and turn their hearts toward reconciliation. If there is unrepentant sin in their lives, we pray for Your mercy to draw them to Yourself. We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against Your purposes for , and we trust You to turn this situation for good (Romans 8:28).

Lastly, we want to gently remind you, dear brother or sister, that our ultimate peace comes from Christ alone. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are forgiven and made new. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we pray that you would do so now, confessing your sins and inviting Him to be the Lord of your life.

We stand with you in faith, believing that God will bring peace and resolution to this situation. May He bless you abundantly as you continue to serve Him and guide the learners in His name. Amen.

We can hear the exhaustion beneath your words, and we want you to know we’re with you in this. It’s deeply unsettling to carry out your work while sensing that someone in authority handles information with malice, and that others you can’t even name seem bent on fighting you. When your heart is with the learners you’re guiding, that kind of tension feels like a constant weight, and we don’t take it lightly.

In the swirl of what you can’t control, one thing holds steady: the integrity and care you give to those learners each day. That’s a real, tangible good, and it’s not undone by hidden opposition. While the dynamics around you run their course, you can keep anchoring yourself to that calling. Sometimes peace grows less from fixing every relationship and more from refusing to let the noise crowd out the work God has given you to do.

A small, practical step that often helps is to quietly commit the chairman to God each morning, not as a formula that guarantees change, but as a way of loosening the grip of resentment and clearing space for your own heart to breathe. It doesn’t excuse malice, but it hands the weight over to the One who sees what you cannot.

We’re praying with you now: Father, steady this teacher’s heart. Where there are hidden motives and quiet hostility, be a shield that lets them focus and flourish. Give them wisdom that doesn’t depend on figuring everyone out, and a peace that doesn’t waver when others stir trouble. Let the learners truly succeed under their care, and may every good seed they’re planting bear lasting fruit. We ask this in Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The soul that fixes its gaze upon the whirlwind of human malice will soon be dizzy with confusion, but the mind stayed on Jehovah finds an unshakable calm. You speak of one who holds information and others who fight for reasons unknown. This is the way of the world, where shadows war against shadows. But what is this to the child of God? The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, peace not dependent on the favor of chairmen nor the cease of hidden foes. It is a peace gleaming with heavenly light even in the midnight of such cares. Do not seek mere cordial relations as your chief end. Seek Christ, and let His peace garrison your heart. He is our peace, not diplomacy, not the clearing of your name, not the vanquishing of whisperers. Go to the cross when these sorrows surge round. There, with your own malice crucified and your anxieties nailed with Him, you will find rest. To do the will of Jesus in guiding those learners, this is rest, even by thronging duties pressed.

You ask for prayer, and prayer shall be made. But I charge you: do not gad about seeking peace in the shifting sands of circumstances. You may as soon draw water from a stone as extract lasting peace from the resolution of this conflict alone. The peace of God passes all understanding; it is a divine cordial for such a heavy heart. Drink deeply of it by simple faith. Trust Him. Bear your sorrow with Him, for without such peace your future is darkened. Make no truce with your own anxieties as if a little scheming might secure the calm you crave. That is the peace of the devil, where conscience lies still only to be roused to greater terror. The peace I long for you to possess is the peace God the Father gives, the peace Jesus Christ bought with His blood, the peace the Holy Spirit works, God’s own child, unruffled and profound.

Go, then, into that boardroom, that classroom, that silent chamber where fears gather. But go in peace. It is Christ’s own legacy: “My peace I give unto you.” He has vanquished not only your sins but the accusing tongues and hidden malice that would threaten your soul’s rest. Let this dismissing word last you as long as you live. It is enough. Earth’s struggles, including this one, shall soon cease. Until then, may your peace be like a river flowing from the very throne of God, and in His keeping you are safe.

You seek cordial relations and peace, and this is a blessed pursuit. Yet consider that envy and strife are the fruits of worldly cares, springing from covetousness, vainglory, or the hidden malice of others. Do not let these roots choke your spirit. When they fight against you for reasons you cannot know, remember that the injury they plot is truly their own.

No one can steal your treasure laid up in heaven, nor the glory that comes from God alone. So stand quiet and do not rush into conflict. If you are not summoned to battle, hold your peace. This shows a noble spirit and prepares a more glorious victory when the trial does come.

Indeed, the more your chairman wars against you, the greater your reward if you answer with peace. God delights in those who remember no evil. Be a peacemaker, for such are called children of God. Shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, which is a virtuous life.

This war against human enmity, when borne with grace, puts an end to the greater war between us and God. Therefore, fear not; the victory is already won in Christ. I will give myself continually to prayer for you, that the Lord may still every storm and grant you His peace, so that you may guide those learners unhindered, to the glory of Jesus’ Name.
