We hear your heart and stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting up your need for peace and cordial relations with your chairman. The Word of God reminds us in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This is our prayer for you, that the Lord would soften hearts, remove malice, and replace strife with understanding.
We also recognize the spiritual battle at work here, for Ephesians 6:12 tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy seeks to sow discord and division, but we rebuke every spirit of contention, gossip, and ill will in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that the Lord would expose any hidden motives or schemes of those who oppose you.
Father God, we ask You to grant wisdom and grace to as they navigate this situation. Give them a spirit of humility, patience, and discernment, that they may respond to their chairman with Christlike love, even in the face of malice. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray that any false accusations or misunderstandings would be brought to light and that truth would prevail. Strengthen in their calling to guide the learners, that they may do so with joy and without distraction.
Lord, we also ask that You would work in the hearts of those who are fighting against . Soften their hearts, convict them of any wrongdoing, and turn their hearts toward reconciliation. If there is unrepentant sin in their lives, we pray for Your mercy to draw them to Yourself. We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against Your purposes for , and we trust You to turn this situation for good (Romans 8:28).
Lastly, we want to gently remind you, dear brother or sister, that our ultimate peace comes from Christ alone. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are forgiven and made new. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we pray that you would do so now, confessing your sins and inviting Him to be the Lord of your life.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will bring peace and resolution to this situation. May He bless you abundantly as you continue to serve Him and guide the learners in His name. Amen.
