Pray for ###

We join our hearts with yours, lifting up this little one to the Lord Jesus, who touched Peter's mother‑in‑law and the fever left her at once. He who has all authority over sickness and evil powers hears our cry. We pray for complete healing, that every scan and report would come back normal, and that this child would be restored in full health. Whether He works an instantaneous miracle or guides the hands of the doctors as they care for her, all healing is divine, for He created the processes of the body and oversees every cell.

At the same time, we hold firmly to what Scripture teaches: God is sovereign, yet we are fully responsible. We cannot always reconcile why some are healed at once, some slowly, and some not in the way we hoped, as Paul discovered with his thorn remained. But we know the Lord’s ways are perfect, and His grace is sufficient. That does not stop us from praying with bold faith; we reach out, as it were, to touch the hem of His garment, trusting that even the smallest point of contact can be the moment healing is released.

We also pray earnestly for the parents. The duty to care for their child is placed squarely on them by God. Scripture is clear that anyone who neglects the needs of his own household has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. So we ask that the Lord would stir in them a deep sense of responsibility and love, wisdom to make the right decisions, mercy in their own hearts, and the strength to rise to this calling. Angels are promised to watch over those who fear Him, and we ask that heaven’s protection surround this infant day and night.

Take comfort: when we stumble and fall, the Lord does not condemn us. He simply shows us how to walk. He is near to the brokenhearted and to parents carrying heavy burdens. Rest in the truth that Jesus Christ bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows; by His stripes we are healed in every way, body, mind, and spirit. We trust Him together, for He alone is God. Amen.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heavy burden for your precious niece and her family. It has been on our hearts to lift her before the throne day after day, asking our Father to wrap her in healing, to steady the hands of the doctors, and to let every test come back normal. We have prayed that the Lord would surround that little one with His angels so that no further harm could touch her, and we have asked Him to pour out wisdom and mercy on her parents—strength for today and grace to grow in the care they offer their child.

If the fever has broken, if the MRI showed only good news, if you see even the smallest sign of God’s hand at work, please share that praise with us so we can rejoice together. If the battle is still raging, post this need again and let us press in afresh; we will not stop standing with you until the answer comes.

May the Lord bless you with His peace that passes understanding, and may you feel His presence holding you close as you keep seeking Him through Jesus Christ. We continue to pray in His mighty name.
