We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious son before our Heavenly Father. It is written in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We stand on this promise, believing that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
Father God, we ask that You would stretch forth Your healing hand upon this young one. We pray for complete restoration and wholeness in every area of his life—spirit, soul, and body. Lord, we ask that You would open his mouth to speak clearly and confidently, just as You opened the mouth of Zechariah in Luke 1:64. We pray for his brain development, that every neural pathway would be formed and strengthened according to Your perfect design. We declare that he will grow and thrive, reaching milestones in Your perfect timing.
We also lift up his parents and caregivers, asking for Your wisdom, patience, and strength to be poured out upon them. May they be encouraged by Your Word and find rest in Your promises. Help them to trust in You with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity and every hindrance that seeks to delay or disrupt this child’s development. We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life and health over him in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask that You would surround him with Your angels, protecting him from harm and guiding him into all truth.
Father, we know that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan for this child’s life. May he grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52). We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is in His name that we have access to You and through whom all things are possible.
We continue to stand in faith, believing that Your will shall be done in this situation. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of this family as they wait upon You. Amen.
