We lift up this precious soul to You, Father, knowing that no one comes to the Father except through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray for this man who is currently walking in the ways of Hinduism, that You would open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Lord, reveal Yourself to him in dreams, through Your Word, and by the testimony of believers around him. Soften his heart to receive the salvation that comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
We rebuke the spiritual blindness that keeps him bound to false gods and idols. We declare that the god of this world has no hold over him, and we command every lie and deception to be broken in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray that he would come to know the truth, that "God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). May he turn from his idols to serve the living and true God (1 Thessalonians 1:9).
We also bring his job situation before You, Lord. You are the Provider, the One who opens doors that no man can shut. We ask that You would grant him favor in his workplace, wisdom in his decisions, and opportunities that align with Your will for his life. If there is any unrighteousness or dishonesty in his work, we pray that You would convict him and lead him to walk in integrity. "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed" (Proverbs 16:3). May his work be a testimony of Your goodness and grace.
Father, we also lift up the one who has submitted this request. If this relationship is not aligned with Your will—if it involves fornication, unequally yoked partnership, or any other ungodly union—we pray for conviction and repentance. Help them to seek Your will above their own desires, for "do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). If this is a courtship, may it be pursued with purity and the goal of marriage, honoring You in every way.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
