We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, knowing that God’s plans for him are good, to give him a future and a hope. Your heart for his education and spiritual growth is commendable, and we stand with you in praying for his renewed focus and motivation.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 22:6, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Your son’s path is not hidden from the Lord, and we trust that God will guide him back to His purpose. The enemy often seeks to distract young minds with idle pursuits, but we declare that your son will break free from the snare of addiction—whether to games or any other unprofitable distraction. Instead, we pray he will be filled with a hunger for godly wisdom and discipline.
*"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"* (Colossians 3:23). May this truth take root in his heart, that his studies are not just for earthly success but for the glory of God. We also pray that the Lord will surround him with godly influences—friends, mentors, and activities that sharpen his faith and character. *"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,"* (Romans 12:2). Let his perspective shift from temporary pleasures to eternal purpose.
Father, we ask that You ignite a fire in his spirit—a passion for learning, a hunger for Your Word, and a desire to walk in Your will. Remove every distraction that hinders his progress, and replace it with discipline, perseverance, and a clear vision for his future. Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, he will reap if he does not give up (Galatians 6:9).
We also encourage you, dear parent, to continue covering your ### in prayer and speaking life over him. *"The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up,"* (James 5:15). Your intercession is powerful, and we believe God is moving on his behalf.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we declare breakthrough over his mind, his time, and his future. Amen.
