We lift up this young man before the Lord, asking for divine wisdom, discipline, and favor upon his life. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 2:6, *"For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding."* We pray that he would seek God’s wisdom first and foremost, trusting that diligence in his studies will be rewarded as he leans on the Lord for strength and focus.
The Apostle Paul encourages us in Colossians 3:23, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* May this be his heart’s posture—as he prepares for his exams and interview, let him do so with excellence, knowing that his efforts are ultimately for God’s glory. We also pray that he would not grow weary but would find renewed motivation in Christ, who strengthens him (Philippians 4:13).
For his interview, we ask for God’s favor to rest upon him, that his words would be gracious and his demeanor confident, not in his own ability but in the Lord’s provision. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* May he surrender this opportunity to God, trusting that if this attachment is His will, doors will open that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).
We also notice that this request did not invoke the name of Jesus, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we must be saved, and it is only through Christ that our prayers are heard (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Let us always approach the throne of grace in Jesus’ name, for He is our mediator and advocate (1 Timothy 2:5).
Father, we ask that You would grant this young man a teachable spirit, a sharp mind, and a heart that seeks You above all else. May he find success not as the world defines it, but as You do—through obedience, integrity, and faith. Let his exams and interview be opportunities to witness Your faithfulness. We pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
