You have left me with no solution so the best solution is to leave you alone this Christian God alone. I don't want you anymore neither will I have to submit to your will and Jesus you asked for it that I left the faith because of your empty promises and failed prayers now you can trials after trials for all you like. I quit and stop believing in you and if it goes to the extend that I go to other God you asked for it. You keep doing this, I will neither go to church and maybe this is the final draw.

We hear the deep pain and anger in your words, and our hearts ache for you. It’s clear that you feel abandoned, betrayed, and utterly exhausted by what you perceive as unanswered prayers and empty promises. We want you to know that your feelings are valid, God can handle your honesty, even when it comes out as rage or despair. He is not a distant, uncaring deity but a Father who longs to draw near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

You say you’ve left the faith, and we grieve with you over the wounds that led you to this point. But we must gently yet firmly remind you that walking away from God does not bring the freedom or peace you seek, it only deepens the emptiness. The enemy of your soul would love nothing more than to keep you in this place of bitterness, isolated from the very One who can heal and restore you. Jesus warned, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). Do not let the thief convince you that God has failed you when, in truth, He is the only One who can satisfy the longings of your heart.

You mention turning to other gods, but we must rebuke this notion with love. There is only one true God, and every other "god" is a counterfeit, a deception designed to lead you further into darkness. The Lord declares, "I am the Lord your God... You shall have no other gods before me" (Exodus 20:2-3). Turning to false gods will not fill the void, it will only deepen your despair. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We also want to address the idea that God has "asked for" your departure from the faith. This is not true. God does not delight in your pain or your rejection of Him. He is a loving Father who pursues His children even when they run from Him (Luke 15:11-32). The trials you’ve faced are not punishments but opportunities for growth, refinement, and deeper dependence on Him. James 1:2-4 tells us, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."

We do not say these things to condemn you but to call you back to the truth. You are not alone in your struggles, every believer has faced moments of doubt, anger, and despair. Even Jesus cried out on the cross, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Matthew 27:46). Yet in that moment of abandonment, He was paving the way for your redemption. God has not abandoned you, even if it feels that way. He is near to the brokenhearted, and He is calling you back to Himself.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is hurting deeply. Lord, You see the pain, the anger, and the sense of betrayal in their heart. We ask that You would meet them in this place of despair and draw them back to Yourself. Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that have taken root in their mind, the lies that say You have failed them, that You do not care, or that there is no hope. We declare that You are faithful, even when we are faithless (2 Timothy 2:13).

Lord, we ask that You would soften their heart and open their eyes to see Your love and Your truth. Remind them of the times You have been faithful in the past, and help them to trust You for the future. We pray against the spirit of bitterness and rebellion that seeks to keep them from You. Fill them with Your peace, Your comfort, and Your hope. Restore their faith, Lord, and help them to surrender their pain to You.

We also pray for protection over their heart and mind. Guard them from the deception of false gods and the lies of the enemy. Surround them with believers who can speak truth and life into their situation. Help them to see that walking away from You is not the answer, that true freedom and peace are found only in You.

Father, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Let them experience Your presence, Your love, and Your grace in a tangible way. Help them to remember that You are a God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We trust that You are working even now, drawing them back to Yourself.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We urge you not to make any hasty decisions in this moment of pain. The enemy would love for you to turn away from God permanently, but we believe that God is not done with you yet. He is a God of second chances, of redemption, and of restoration. If you are willing, we encourage you to reach out to a trusted believer, a pastor, a friend, or even our group, so that you do not have to walk through this alone.

Remember the words of the psalmist: "Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God" (Psalm 42:11). Your hope is not lost. Your story is not over. God is still on the throne, and He is still good. We stand with you in prayer, believing that He will meet you in this dark place and lead you back into the light.

We read your words and they hit deep, that kind of bone-weary frustration and sense of abandonment is real, and you are not wrong to be honest about it. Many of us have found ourselves in a place where the silence feels final and the pain of unanswered prayer makes us want to walk away. We won’t offer a quick fix, because we’ve tasted that same emptiness and know how hollow easy answers sound in those moments. What we can say is this: God is not afraid of your anger. He can handle it. In fact, yelling at Him, lashing out, even telling Him you’re done, that’s still a kind of prayer, still a relationship. The Psalms are full of people doing exactly that. You are not silenced.

Right now, the temptation to completely close the door feels like the only move left, but we’d gently encourage you to give your anger room to breathe without letting it lock you into a decision made in the thick of the storm. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay. You don’t have to go to church today or muster up belief. But you might consider letting one trusted, safe person into the mess, someone who will just listen, not preach. Sometimes that’s the first step back from the cliff’s edge.

We are praying with you, not at you.

Lord Jesus, in the middle of this howling emptiness, meet this one whose hope is crushed. When they cannot feel You, still hold them. Grant even a flicker of light in the dark, some small sign that they are not utterly alone. Catch them before they fall away completely. We ask this in Your name, the one who never let go of us. Amen.

Oh, that you would pause and consider the dreadful words you have spoken! You say the Lord has left you with no solution, but rather it is you who are casting aside the only remedy for your soul. The answer is Christ, and you would fling Him away because He has not bowed to your bidding! Unanswered prayer should be to every Christian a search warrant; instead of turning to examine whether there is some secret sin or self-will harbored within, you have risen in rebellion against the God who hears the cry of the humble.

God times His mercies until the right and best moment, but you demand them now, or else you will make your bed in hell. O soul, consider this: without faith it is impossible to please God. If you cast away your confidence, what have you left? You would go to other gods, but they are vanity and a lie, and in your heart you know it.

The devils believe and tremble, but they find no comfort. Your faith may be little, and your prayers seem to rebound from a brazen heaven, but little faith is yet faith, and the Lord does not despise the bruised reed. O you of little faith, why did you doubt? If you have any faith, why do you doubt?

If any doubt, why any faith? The two are inconsistent. Cry out with David in the cave, I will cry unto God Most High; unto God that performeth all things for me. He will yet appear.

But you must not make your prayers a test of God’s faithfulness while you harbor an evil heart of unbelief. He that believeth not God hath made Him a liar, because he believeth not the record that God gave of His Son. That is a solemn charge. The repentance you need is born at the same time with faith; they are twins, and to say which is the elder-born passes my knowledge.

Therefore, turn from this dark resolve while mercy lingers. Come, even with your trembling and your faintness, and cry more vehemently unto the Lord. He is able to save to the uttermost them that come unto God by Him. Spurn the thought that prayer is all a fancy; wrestle with the angel of the covenant and prevail.

I beseech you, by the wounds of Jesus, do not seal your own destruction. The Lord’s arm is not shortened that it cannot save. I seek not to please men, but to win souls: God commands you to repent and believe the gospel. Oh, that you would obey that command and meet me at the last with joy and not with grief!

Your words burn with pain, and I do not dismiss it. But consider this: you are standing at a crossroads where many before you have stumbled. Noah was warned of things not yet seen, and by faith he built an ark, condemning the world by his belief. Those around him saw only dry ground and mocked; they perished in unbelief. Do not let your present trials become that flood for your soul.

God does not deal in empty promises. The angel brought the name of Jesus from heaven itself, a name filled with a treasure of ten thousand blessings. If your prayers seem unanswered, it is not because God is false. Abraham, when commanded to offer Isaac, did not measure divine power by human reasoning. He believed God was able to raise him even from the dead. Faith is most truly faith when it trusts without seeing. The devil would have you cast away that faith now, in a moment of despair, as if God had forgotten you. But recall the centurion Cornelius: a devout man who feared God, gave alms, and prayed continually. His prayers and alms came up as a memorial before God, and in due time, God sent deliverance beyond all expectation. Your labors are not hidden; they are before the Father.

The question “How?” is perilous. It is the word of Sarah laughing, the word of those whose belief is weak and still tethered to the earth. You demand to see the solution, but the Lord does not submit His wonders to our timetables. He tests the golden soul to prove its worth, as He did with Job, not to destroy but to reveal. You now stand ready to trade the eternal kingdom for the meager relief of another god, selling your immense hope for a fleeting reprieve. That exchange is not wisdom; it is the deceit of the enemy. Do not be like the man who passes by the wealthy God and troubles the empty promises of idols, receiving nothing but ruin.

This resolve to leave church and abandon the faith is not your victory over God; it is your surrender to despair. You are not quitting a false master; you are turning your back on the only one who can save. I urge you, as the Apostle does, to remember your former work of faith, your labor of love, your patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. These stand before God, who is not unrighteous to forget them. Do not let this trial make you a shipwreck. Return, and let the thought of His power strengthen you, for He is able to raise up even one who feels dead inside.

I hear the anguish in your words and I don’t dismiss it. You’re standing in a place where every solution seems to have crumbled, and the silence from heaven feels like a final verdict. It’s raw and real, and God is not threatened by your honesty. He can handle your rage and your tears. You feel like His promises have failed, like your prayers have hit a locked door and you’re done trying. I won’t offer you a quick fix or a neat little saying that pretends your pain isn’t there. But I will tell you what I have seen to be true: faith is not a transaction where you put in enough belief and God is obligated to deliver. The great cloud of witnesses in Scripture shows us that. Some were spared from the lion’s mouth; others were sawn in two. Both walked by faith, and both found God faithful in ways they couldn’t see in the moment.

Your trials don’t mean God has abandoned you or that your faith was worthless. Think of Abraham. He believed God, and that trust was credited to him as righteousness, not because he never stumbled, but because the core of his life was anchored to a promise he couldn’t control. He faltered, he took detours, he even laughed at the absurdity of God’s word at times. Yet God didn’t define him by those lapses. God looked at his heart and saw a man who, in the end, would not let go. Your anger and your exhaustion are not the final word. The enemy wants you to believe that leaving is the only logical step, that letting go of faith will stop the pain. But faith itself is often forged in the dark, when there are no feelings to lean on and every visible support has burned away. That’s when you find out if you trust the Giver or only the gifts.

I know you’re tempted to walk away, to stop submitting, to stop believing. And I understand that pull. But real faith isn’t built on answered prayers or a trouble-free path. It’s built on the character of God revealed in Jesus, who Himself cried out from the cross, “Why have you forsaken me?” He entered into that void so that your moments of desolation would never be the end. You are not alone in this struggle. The just shall live by faith, not by sight, not by solutions, not by winning streaks. And that faith is not something you manufacture on your own; it’s a gift that can feel like a flickering wick right now, but even a bruised reed He will not break.

Don’t let the evidence of your circumstances become the only truth you see. You still have the testimony of God’s existence written in creation, in the persistent love that somehow still holds you even when you want to push it away. You wouldn’t be pouring out your heart this way if some ember of faith hadn’t survived. I’m not asking you to pretend the hurt isn’t real. I’m asking you to bring it straight to the One you’re so angry with. He can take it. And He can restore a faith that feels dead. The walk with God has never been about our perfect performance; it’s about His perfect grace that covers every failure, every doubt, every moment of wanting to quit. Lay it all at His feet, your broken trust, your unanswered questions, your exhaustion, and wait there. He is still working, even in the silence.
