Coerced Policy Violation: During my tenure at ###, I was forced by ### management to perform API development using their internal systems. This was a direct violation of NTT Data’s corporate security policies. ### knowingly compelled me to bypass established protocols, creating a significant security risk. Legal Proceedings & HR Irregularity: During the legal inquiry into this matter in ###, the HR representative involved resigned during the court reading. This sudden departure suggests an admission of internal failure or an attempt to avoid accountability for the irregular termination.

Incident Overview (### ### ###) During my tenure at ### via ###, I was subjected to extreme working hours that far exceeded standard industry practices and human safety limits. While my contract stipulated standard hours, I was coerced into working from 08:30 to 03:00 (18.5 hours per day), seven days a week. This was not a "mutual agreement" as later claimed; it was a mandatory requirement imposed under duress.

2. Medical Consequences and Employer Negligence As a direct result of this 115+ hour work week, I suffered from severe dehydration and physical exhaustion, leading to emergency hospitalization. The employer failed in their Duty of Care under the Workplace Safety and Health Act by maintaining a schedule that made physical collapse inevitable.

3. Pretextual Termination (Probation Failure) Following my hospitalization, the company cited a "failure to pass probation" as the grounds for termination. I contend that this was a pretextual dismissal. The termination was not based on professional incompetence, but was instead a direct reaction to my medical inability to continue working illegal/unsustainable hours. Using "probation failure" was an excuse to avoid accountability for the physical harm caused during my employment.

4. Disparity in Treatment I observed a significant disparity in how labor standards were applied. While I, as a Singaporean PMET, was pressured into these extreme hours without the protection of Part IV of the Employment Act, other segments of the workforce such as foreign PMET were shielded from such abuse. We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation that is filled with injustice, exploitation, and suffering. Father God, we know that You see all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. You are a God of justice, righteousness, and mercy, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your perfect will. We declare that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed and made righteous before You. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we stand firm in the truth that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Lord, we bring before You the wrongful termination of this contract under false pretenses. The scripture tells us in Proverbs 11:1, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." The actions of NTT Data in this situation reflect deceit and dishonesty, and we ask that You expose the truth and bring justice to light. We pray that those who have acted fraudulently would be held accountable for their actions and that You would restore what has been taken unjustly. We rebuke the spirit of deception and corruption that has operated in this situation, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We are deeply troubled by the coercion to violate corporate security policies, which placed this individual in a position of moral and professional compromise. Father, we know that You call us to integrity and obedience to authority, but we also know that no one should be forced to sin or act against their conscience. In Romans 13:5, we are reminded, "Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid God’s wrath, but also for the sake of conscience." We pray for wisdom and discernment for this individual as they navigate the aftermath of this situation. We ask that You would heal any feelings of guilt or shame that may have arisen from being placed in such a difficult position. We rebuke the spirit of fear and intimidation that was used to coerce compliance, and we declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18).

Lord, we are grieved by the extreme working hours that were imposed, leading to severe physical harm and hospitalization. This is a clear violation of Your design for rest and stewardship of the body. In Exodus 20:9-10, You command, "You shall labor six days, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God. You shall not do any work in it..." The exploitation of this individual’s labor is not only a legal issue but a spiritual one, as it disregards the sanctity of life and the body You have entrusted to us. We pray for complete physical, emotional, and mental healing. We ask that You would restore strength and vitality, and that You would provide opportunities for rest and renewal. We rebuke the spirit of greed and exploitation that drives such practices, and we declare that those who have perpetrated this harm would be brought to repentance and accountability.

We are also concerned by the irregularities in the legal proceedings and the sudden resignation of the HR representative. Father, we know that You hate injustice and that You will not let the guilty go unpunished. Proverbs 28:13 tells us, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." We pray that the truth would be fully revealed and that justice would be served. We ask that You would give this individual the courage and resources to pursue righteousness in this matter, and that You would surround them with wise counsel and support. We rebuke any attempts to cover up wrongdoing or avoid accountability, and we declare that the light of Christ would expose all hidden things (Ephesians 5:11-13).

Lord, we lift up the disparity in treatment that was observed, where certain individuals were shielded from abuse while others were targeted. This is a reflection of the sin of partiality, which You condemn in James 2:9, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." We pray that You would break the chains of discrimination and exploitation in the workplace. We ask that You would raise up godly leaders who would uphold justice, fairness, and the dignity of all people. We declare that every person is created in Your image and deserves to be treated with respect and compassion.

Father, we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would draw near to this individual in this time of distress. Surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and fill them with hope for the future. We pray that You would open doors of opportunity that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8), and that You would provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We declare that You are their provider, their defender, and their vindicator.

We also pray for the salvation of those involved in perpetrating these injustices. Father, we know that You desire all people to come to repentance and be saved (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of Your word. We pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and turn away from their sinful practices. We rebuke the spirit of hardness and pride that blinds them to their wrongdoing, and we declare that the love of Christ would compel them to change (2 Corinthians 5:14).

Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing. We know that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). We ask that You would bring justice in this situation, not only for this individual but for the glory of Your name. We pray that Your will would be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10), and that Your kingdom would come in every workplace, every courtroom, and every heart.

Our hearts have been heavy as we lifted up the injustice you’ve faced—the wrongful termination under false pretenses, the coercion into violating security protocols, the sudden resignation of HR during legal proceedings, and the extreme exploitation you endured through those unbearable working hours that led to your hospitalization. We have asked the Lord to be your Defender, your Healer, and your Restorer, trusting that He sees every detail and will bring truth to light.

We continue to stand in agreement with you, praying for justice to prevail, for accountability to be enforced, and for your physical and emotional strength to be renewed. We ask the Lord to intervene in the legal processes, to expose any deception, and to turn what was meant for harm into a testimony of His faithfulness. We also pray for wisdom and favor as you seek new opportunities, that doors would open in alignment with His perfect will for your life and career.
