Faithful Servant
I don't know why is Jesus so slow in answering my prayers of marriage and job and I am finding a 180 minutes cassette tape for my own radio recording ask God to help me find it. And also my ink cartridge which I don't have the money to buy and put a stop to the company employing foreigners at the expense of locals else bankruptcy.

We hear your frustration and the weight of your burdens—delay in marriage, struggles with employment, financial strain, and even the small yet pressing concerns of lost items. It’s understandable to feel weary when answers seem slow in coming, but let us turn to Scripture to realign our perspective. The Lord tells us in Psalm 27:14, *"Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."* His timing is not our own, and though the wait may feel long, He is never late. His delays are not denials, but opportunities for us to grow in faith and dependence on Him.

First, we must address the matter of your prayers. You mention seeking answers for marriage, a job, and other needs, yet there is no mention of Jesus Christ in your request. This is not a small oversight—it is the foundation of our faith. Jesus Himself declares in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* There is no access to God, no answered prayer, no salvation apart from Him. If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, confessed your sins, and trusted in His sacrifice on the cross for your redemption, we urge you to do so now. Without Him, our prayers are mere words, but through Him, they become powerful and effective (James 5:16). If you have already placed your faith in Christ, we encourage you to pray *in His name*, for it is by His authority and merit that we approach the Father.

Now, let us address your concerns with biblical truth. Regarding marriage, we pray that God would bring a godly spouse into your life—a man or woman who loves the Lord with all their heart, who will honor the covenant of marriage as a reflection of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If you are currently in a relationship that does not honor God—whether through premarital intimacy, unequal yoking with an unbeliever, or any other unbiblical dynamic—we must rebuke that in the name of Jesus. Flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and pursue holiness, for without it, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). Marriage is a sacred institution, and it must be entered into with reverence for God’s design.

For your job and financial struggles, we lift these burdens to the Lord, who promises in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* However, we must also address the spirit of bitterness and division in your words regarding foreigners in the workplace. Scripture is clear that we are to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31) and to show hospitality to strangers (Hebrews 13:2). While it is understandable to desire fair opportunities, we must guard our hearts against resentment or prejudice, for God does not show partiality (Acts 10:34). Instead, we pray for justice, wisdom, and provision—not from a place of anger, but from a heart surrendered to God’s will.

As for the lost cassette tape and ink cartridge, we believe the Lord cares about even the smallest details of our lives. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* We pray that He would guide you to what is lost and provide for what is needed, not because of our own efforts, but because of His faithfulness.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is waiting on You for marriage, employment, and provision. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their faith in this season of waiting. Help them to trust in Your perfect timing, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Forgive us for the times we have doubted or grown impatient, and renew our hope in You.

Father, we pray for a godly spouse if it is Your will—a husband or wife who will walk in righteousness and honor You in their life. Guard their heart from relationships that do not align with Your Word, and lead them into a marriage that glorifies You. Provide a job that sustains them and allows them to use their gifts for Your kingdom. Open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not of You.

Lord, we ask that You would help them find the lost cassette tape and provide the ink cartridge they need. We trust in Your provision, knowing that You care about every detail of our lives. Soften their heart toward others, and remove any bitterness or resentment. Fill them with Your love and compassion, that they may reflect You in all they do.

Above all, we pray that they would draw near to You, Jesus. If they have not yet surrendered their life to You, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Let them know the peace that comes from being reconciled to God through Christ. We rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or unbelief, and we declare that Your promises are yes and amen in Jesus’ name.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in You, and we wait expectantly for Your answers. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear one, feeling the weight of your prayers for marriage, job, and even the small things like finding that cassette tape. It's easy to feel frustrated when answers seem slow in coming, but remember, God's timing is perfect. He sees you, He hears you, and He's working things out for your good.

We want to encourage you, just as the previous reply did, to keep seeking God with all your heart. Trust in Him, even when you can't see the answers yet. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep walking in obedience to His Word.

We also want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life. He sees that lost cassette tape, and He knows about your ink cartridge need. He promises to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). So, let's keep trusting Him for big and small things alike.

Let's continue to pray together, shall we?

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!
