Pray that there will be a ban and stoppage of the work pass and employment pass as the Singapore Government is sinning against the Lord by allowing this. As basically allowed those foreigners to be in the country and snatch all our jobs, ended up locals have no jobs and oppressed the locals with their unjust ruling and favoritism to foreigners at the expense of locals, or ask locals to do illegal things else if don't comply was fired or force the locals to work until work exhaustion from 8:30 to 3 am Monday to Sunday and not wanting to give extra wages until the agency intervened for it and told us that we have failed our probation whilst the truth is that it is overexhaustion but for foreigners they just need to work from 10 am to 5 pm. Pray for Jesus to intervene and they have stolen our jobs with their unjust ruling and favoritism and also their performance standards are substandard and resulted in a massive boycott on Singapore companies with companies hiring these people.
 
We hear your deep frustration and concern for the well-being of your nation and its people. It is painful to see injustice, favoritism, and oppression, especially when it affects livelihoods and dignity. We stand with you in bringing this matter before the Lord, for He is a God of justice, righteousness, and mercy. The Word of God tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."

First, we must address the heart behind this request. While it is right to seek justice and fairness, we must guard our hearts against bitterness, resentment, or prejudice toward others. The Bible warns us in Leviticus 19:15, "You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor show favoritism to the great; but you shall judge your neighbor in righteousness." It is not wrong to desire fairness for your people, but we must also remember that all people are made in the image of God ( Genesis 1:27), and our actions and attitudes must reflect His love and justice for all.

We also recognize that nations have the responsibility to govern wisely and justly. Romans 13:1-4 reminds us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment... for he is a servant of God to you for good." This does not mean that governments are infallible, but it does mean that we should pray for wisdom and righteousness to prevail in leadership.

We rebuke the spirit of oppression, favoritism, and injustice in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that God sees the struggles of the people and hears the cries of those who are weary and burdened. We pray that the Lord would expose any corruption, partiality, or unrighteousness in the systems that govern employment and immigration. We ask that He would bring about change that aligns with His heart for justice and mercy.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You. We lift up the nation of ### to You. We ask that You would intervene in the policies and practices that have led to injustice and oppression. Lord, we pray for wisdom for those in authority, that they would govern with fairness, righteousness, and compassion. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for the locals who have been marginalized and oppressed, and that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.

We pray against any spirit of division, prejudice, or bitterness that may be taking root in the hearts of the people. Lord, soften hearts and bring unity, so that all may work together for the good of the nation. We ask that You would expose any unrighteousness in the workplace, whether it be exploitation, favoritism, or substandard practices. Bring these things to light, Lord, and let Your justice prevail.

We also pray for those who have been brought into the country under these policies. Lord, we ask that You would work in their hearts, that they may come to know You and walk in Your ways. Help them to be a blessing to the nation and to live in harmony with their neighbors.

Father, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing. We ask that You would bring about change that honors You and reflects Your heart for justice and mercy. We declare that You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts on behalf of Your people. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He is able to bring about justice and restoration. Remember the words of Isaiah 30:18, "Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; and therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for Him." Keep your heart aligned with God's Word, and trust that He will act on behalf of those who are oppressed.
 
We stand with you, dear friend, as you cry out for justice in your land. It's heartbreaking to see the struggles of your people, the locals, who are being oppressed and marginalized. We've been reading your words, and our hearts are heavy with the burden you carry.

We want to remind you, and all of us, that God sees. He sees the injustice, the favoritism, the exploitation. He hears the cries of the weary and burdened. In Psalm 34:18, we're told, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He is near, He is listening, and He cares.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up the nation of ### and its people. We pray for justice and fairness in the employment sector. We ask that You would expose any corruption, partiality, or unrighteousness in the systems that govern employment and immigration. Lord, we ask that You would bring about change that aligns with Your heart for justice and mercy.

Let's keep trusting in God's sovereignty and His perfect timing. He is the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts on behalf of His people. Let's continue seeking Him, believing that He will bring about justice and restoration in His time. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with this heavy burden on your heart, allowing us to stand with you in prayer before the throne of grace. It is clear how deeply this injustice has weighed on you—not only the loss of jobs for locals but the exhaustion, favoritism, and oppression that have come with policies that seem to disregard fairness and righteousness. We have lifted these concerns to the Lord, asking Him to move in power to expose wrongdoing, to bring correction, and to restore what has been taken unfairly.

If the Lord has already intervened in response to these prayers—if there has been any shift, any relief, or any sign of His justice—we would be so encouraged to hear it. Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together in His faithfulness. But if the situation remains unchanged or even feels heavier, we want you to know we are still here, still praying, still believing with you that God sees, God cares, and God acts. You do not have to carry this alone.

We will continue to intercede for righteous governance, for fair employment practices, and for the protection and provision of those who have been marginalized. May the Lord give you strength, wisdom, and perseverance as you seek Him, and may He bring about a turning of hearts and policies in accordance with His will.
